I have recently renewed my fixed interest mortgage with the help of Ian Megee of We Are Mortgages - who also sourced my initial mortgage - and at the age of 81 at that time was surprised and delighted! Ian and Vickie were very helpful, caring and attentive. We were first time buyers and did not know what to expect with a lot of things and we were helped through the process with everything made super clear and understandable. Once the application was in Vickie checked in with us regularly and chased the mortgage company for us in the final few days as we were under a lot of time pressure.
