So pleased with the service, help from Craig choosing the door and the help he gave with making choices. Once I ordered the door I was given regular updates by email from Lennon. The door was fitted perfectly by Rod and I am delighted with the result. The service provided was excellent throughout.

Our door on warm hot sun on it it expands and causes major issues with unlocking and locking the door, it happens all the time when sun on it, as is bowing so bad, we even had to leave door unlocked as we went to work first time it happened on a Sunday, gradually getting worst due to weather getting warner. We complain direct, now ignoring our emails. Not helpful

Two Doors Fitted
The process from ordering the doors to getting them fitted was straight forward. I received excellent advice and help from 'We Do Doors' and the price quoted was what I ended up paying. The fitters were professional and turned up on time. Overall I'm very satisfied with the doors and the service I received.

Great service from start to finish
I put in our door requirements on the We Do Doors website, the same day I received a call to discuss exactly what we needed. They advised the door I had selected was much more expensive than an almost identical option which was significantly cheaper with an equally high standard. We ordered the door and a fitter was sent out to measure up. Communication from ordering to fitting was really good. Rafal fitted the door and has done a fantastic job. We are really pleased with the service from We Do Doors and extremely pleased with the door and installation. We would recommend them.

Good door and installation BUT.....
I had a door installed some years ago however have very recently experienced issues with the locking mechanism jamming. Be aware that the company do not offer any after service or repair. They emailed me to go and get a locksmith to fix it. I wasn't expecting it to be done for free due to the time that has elapsed but I didn't expect the brush off either.

Svar fra We Do Doors
Dear Kelvin,
Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about the door and installation.
We are sorry to hear you feel brushed off. This is certainly not our intention.
You contacted us on Wednesday night regarding a door we installed around 7 years ago, and the specific part is now significantly outside of its warranty period. Our team member responded to you first thing the next morning, to establish the help required. It was concluded that the best professional to assist would be a local locksmith due to the nature of the enquiry.
We want to assure you that we will always help where we can, whether you are in or out of warranty, and should you need further advice, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards,
We Do Doors
Excellent from start to finish
We found the communication was very good - quick responses to our enquiries. The products were very good quality - we had 3 doors fitted and are extremely pleased with them. Russ who fitted the doors was very pleasant and polite - just got on with the job efficiently and effectively. Everybody we spoke to throughout was polite and concerned to give good service which they did.

From the first initial phone call…
From the first initial phone call everything was professional and an overall smooth process. Fitter came and measured and even suggested lowering the door a little to match existing patio doors. Swift manufacturing and installation at a fraction of any other price I was quoted! Wouldn’t use anybody else and will continue to refer to friends and family.
