We Do Doors Anmeldelser

I am extremely happy with my new rear garage door. It looks wonderful.

The process from first contact to installation has been easy and seamless throughout, from discussions with Jake, the survey by David, updates from Lennon and installation by David. Comms have been excellent which is where a lot of businesses let themselves down. So important in my opinion.

Thank you so much. I would not hesitate to recommend your company.

We found this company on TrustPilot and as per other reviews, they kept in touch with us regularly all the way through the process. All the staff were very friendly. We then liaised directly with Steve the fitter. On the day he went over and above (I had forgotten to remove my alarm wire as my previous door had come with the house when it was new). Steve sorted this out. The standard of finish is very high, inside and out. I would highly recommend this company

2nd time having a composite front door installed, at a different address.

This like the last door was installed very well with good communication and no surprises. Highly recommended

From start to finish the communication at all points is outstanding. Sales were great. Ryan that looked after our order after the sale before installation kept us updated every step of the way. Chris that installed the door along with his partner did an amazing job. Meticulous, fitted perfectly, great attitude and they cleaned everything up when finished. The same fitters and We Do Doors also fitted my daughters front door 4 years ago, it looks and works as good as the day it was installed. Would HIGHLY recommend this company.

From our initial visit to make enquiries about a new UPVC door to taking delivery the service that was provided was exceptional, first class.
The knowledge and expertise from the sales team was excellent. No hard sale tactics. The quality of my door/locks is superb, great value for money. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. Thank you

Rite from the start it was very precise and professional, the staff at we do doors are the best.
No hidden costs, great service and the fitting team, the quality of the door is second to none.

I cannot recommend We Do Doors highly enough.

Within just 15 minutes of submitting a quote request through their website, I received a call from Craig. He was exceptionally professional, polite, and knowledgeable. During our brief conversation, he took all the necessary details and provided a quote within minutes. After spending weeks trying to find a trusted door supplier that covered my area, speaking with Craig for just five minutes gave me complete confidence that I had found the right company.

Choosing We Do Doors turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. Every member of the team I interacted with was friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

The door arrived within the agreed timeframe, and the installation was excellent. The fitter completely removed the old door and frame, installed the new one within a couple of hours, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The workmanship was outstanding.

The door itself is of exceptional quality. After receiving the colour samples, I chose an olive-green finish with polished chrome furniture, and the result is absolutely stunning. I genuinely cannot stop admiring it. It is elegant, beautiful, and exactly the door I have always wanted for my home.

What impressed me even more was the value for money. The same product had been quoted at almost twice the price by other suppliers, yet We Do Doors delivered superior service, quality, and professionalism throughout.

Thank you to Craig and the entire We Do Doors team for such a fantastic experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend We Do Doors to anyone looking for a high-quality door at a reasonable price, backed by exceptional customer service.

Absolutely dreadful experience with this company, they really Don't do Doors. Do not go near them unless you want a complete bodge job from start to finish. Ordered in January finally fitted at end of March, not to order of specifications. One fitter arrived to fit heavy door & smashed plaster on door surround. The door frame has more expandable foam & silicone sealant than I've ever seen in my life. The door does not appear straight although the old door did, lock takes 10 turns with key before able to open. Customer service absolutely appalling, 17 emails & 10plus calls, totally dismissive. Plastering still not rectified was offered a bag of polyfilla to replaster a complete door surround a absolute insult. Just could not stress ourselves with this any more & had to take the route of a refund process via credit card which at least will pay for the replastering necessary. As to wether the door stays put for the next 20 years as the previous 1 did is a entirely different matter but I extremely doubt the already yellowing sealant & expandable foam will hold that test of time.

Really helpful support on phone re choosing a door. Full breakdown so cost fully transparent. Excellent door fitter - did a brilliant job.

Fast, efficient and an excellent ordering, fulfilment and installation process. Highly recommended.

From start to finish I was kept informed of progress of order to final installation. Really pleased with the quality of the door, frame and trims - all well installed by their fitter Tony. Good value. Definitely would use again.

I found the company online and looked at the reviews and then designed my two doors. I then spoke to a member of the team who went through my choices. He then gave me a few days to consider and I was contacted the Friday to see whether I still wanted to place the order. Which I did.
I was then contacted and given the name of the fitter. Who came and measured up. These were sent in and all throughout the process I was updated with how the order was progressing.
I was then contacted by the fitter for a date when he could come and install them. This was yesterday. I am so pleased with the finished product he did a great job.
The service I've received from the very first call, to the installing and quality of the doors and the friendly and helpful lady who took the payment have been exemplary.
It has made the process so simple.
Thank you so much to everyone.

Good thanks

'We Do Doors' is top-notch! Their customer service was absolutely outstanding, keeping me updated every step of the way. The door itself is high-quality craftsmanship, and their after-sales service is just as fantastic—responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend this fantastic company!” and super helpful. Highly recommend this fantastic company!”

From start to finish we had a great service from this company. The door is finished to a high standard and the installation was absolutely perfect. Fantastic service from the engineer.

Really impressed with this company.

From requesting the initial quote on the website I was contacted within an hour. Comms throughout were really good, but also courteously relaxed and in no way pressuring to go with them.

Final quote was brilliant- literally 50% less than other companies I had quotes from. It was so good I had slight anxiety, but that turned out to be misplaced.

The door was fitted a month ago now and I am over the moon with it. Top quality, delivered and fitted in good time and no issues, so overall very happy.

Communication remained good throughout, updating me every step of the way on the manufacture, and they checked up to make sure everything was ok a week after the fitting.

Excellent service all round and would highly recommend.

Beautiful doors, beautifully fitted.

Everything was excellent. At first I was very impressed with the price. Then I was blown away by the team, they really look after you. To top it all off, the tradesman that does the work was absolutely great and did a fantastic job.
