Have just bought my second Waterpik as it works so well.

Double edge sword to this. My Waterpik flosser failed to operate after 10 months. Waterpik have a two year warranty. I didn't need to send the model back, just supply some details and a proof of purchase, Within two days my new Waterpik arrived. The water flosser does a great job, use it daily and my teeth and gums feel so clean. Brushing and mouthwash finish the job.

Swift delivery and the Pik does a great job. Can be messy to use but you soon get the hang of it.

We have used a few different brands of water flossers and Waterpik is an excellent brand and product.

j'ai voulu commander directement au producterur, je suis un peu déçu.
si j'avais commandé sur amazone j'aurai reçu la commande depuis plus longtemps,
certe le produit (via amazone) n'a pas une durée de vie très importante, mais compte tenu du prix on peut se réaprovisionner.
et je ne sais pas encore combien va durer celui ci.

Hopeless product! Purchased originally from Amazon, faulty, they did replace but that also was faulty! so ordered direct from Waterpik thinking maybe Amazon had a faulty batch, not the case as that one didn’t work either!

Quick response from Waterjet and neat little jet, but top speed slower than expected.

Unfortunately the first email came from Waterpik France and I do not speak french. Please arrange for the email to be resent in english then I can meet your request.

There is clearly a problem with the batteries. The first one had batteries that were completely dead, the second charged when I received it but when I tried to re-charge after a week, as advised in the handbook, the green light flickered continuously for 3 days, so it is not charging properly. I understand that you are not willing to refund the £84.60 I paid for it so have an appointment with my lawyer tomorrow to commence legal proceedings against you under the Trading Standards Act.
