Buying from strangers via the Internet can be an adventure. But must not be. The entire communication with Matt from the Watch Club has been flawless from the start on and I felt being in caring, good hands. Big competence in foreseeing possible issues with customs clearing - I forgot repercussions from the brexit, but Matt didn’t. A serious seller, whom I can trust- an overall good experience.

Sold my watch to them. Overall good experience - no pressure or aggressive attitude unlike watchcentre on Bond Street which I also tried. Price was fair and money was paid by bank transfer. Why not full 5-star? The price they offered was lower on my second visit with the box and papers than their initial estimate / also payment took a bit longer than the 24hrs they’d said. But all in all I would use them again both to buy and sell in future - thanks Andrew for your help.
