Marc and Carlene are very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to watches! I recently bought a beautiful Cartier watch and my experience was very smooth, quick and relaxed throughout. Despite a slight delay due to the holidays and covid, I was not worried during the process and the watch safely arrived in my hands with the perfect sizing.
