We are glad you enjoyed your experience with our store and truly appreciate your long-term loyalty and positive rating. At the same time, we hear your frustration regarding the faulty items and burnt flavor you encountered with that specific brand line. It is disappointing when products do not meet expectations. We take product quality seriously and will share this valuable feedback with our team to help guide our inventory choices moving forward.
