My washing got stuck in the washing machine so I contacted the customer service team however it was a Sunday. But they got back to me straight thing Monday morning asking if I have resolved the problem, We managed to get the washing out. The customer service is a solid 10/10 due to the inconvenience I got a full refund. Ever credit to the customer service team !

Used the Mole Avon Crediton location washing machine did work and detergent apparently included, but some items still came out dirty. Then paid for the dryer and this did not work. Tried again and it took the money again, but again would not work. Had to take wet items back. Tried to call - rubbish service, just stupid music and automated voice said to press button 1 etc for 20 minutues, no response. Gave up. Would never use again.

It doesn't merit 1 Star. Hooley Bridge service station, Bury, BL9. I spent over £30 filling two washers, then drying them. Once I got home, I realised my washing was still dirty. What a complete and utter waste of time. Despite paying for pre-wash, detergent, softener and sanitiser, it would appear that none was dispensed. I will never get back these couple of hours of my life. I complained, and they said they would refund the money, but it's not in my bank account yet! Terrible service. Never again.

Okay. I feel stupid for even bothering to try to use wash.me machines. Tried 2 washers in one town, no internet connection. Reported both machines. Told it'll take 24 hours for maintenance to come out. Drove 35 mins to the next machine in another town. No internet connection. I'm not wasting my time reporting this one. I'm sticking to indoor launderettes from now on. This is the worst company (maintenance -wise) that I've ever encountered.

I like it - it's a really good idea. I have encountered a problem with payment - not connected to the internet and so can't take payment. But there was another rank of machines right alongside so I used them without any issues. Put the washing in, go do some shopping and have a bite to eat, collect the washing. Easy.

Complete waste of time. Loaded up my washing and then spent 5 minutes trying to get it to take payment. Constantly saying no internet connection. Couldn’t see a number to phone so just left. Won’t be using it again.

Wash Me in Basingstoke sits in a tiny scruffy muddy pot hole filled service lane behind a petrol station, off the main ring road. Most of the space is taken up by a hand car wash company. Pulled my car over and parked in front of two other cars, loaded the 20kg machine, chose programme, went to pay but card reader gave message “no internet”. Tried over and over, but had to give up and take duvets back to my car as other machine being used. Only then saw a notice from private parking firm on side of Wash Me unit stating absolutely no stopping, no waiting. Then realised these notices were also on poles around the service lane. Could not read in detail as did not have my glasses on. How on earth are you meant to take laundry to one of these machines if you are not reasonably allowed to unload a car? I can understand the no waiting, the area is not conducive to lingering, looking as if the landscaping has been designed by fly tippers, but surely by installing the Wash Me setup, they are inviting you to drive there. So in summary, machine not working and threats of a parking charge from a private company just for trying to use a machine. I will not be going back!

The service is expensive but that aside the start up is complicated , many pple stare at them perplexed on how to use...! When you try to get help after paying bse it has not started you will find you are stuck in the rain trying to get through unsuccessfully on their help line which is fully non human ! Much to the amusement of passers by! Service whilst you are using in precarious places needs to be better !

Half a load but needed it quick. Paid £7 for half an hour on hot. When it finished it was still damp & the drier was cold inside. Had to put it on for another 15 mins, still had to put it on radiators to finish it off. I drove to 3 different locations before I found one working. Tried to contact customer service & a massive flashing red page told me I was blocked. Terrible service

Truly dreadful company, I have given these tumble dryers benefit or the doubt too many times! It's really pot luck if they're going to be working or not. Either the screen is frozen, or payment can't be accepted because of no Internet 🙃especially infuriating when you've already unloaded your wet clothes into the machine 🙄. Only use because it's close to my house but after tonight's fiasco this will be my last attempt. £10.50 for 45 minutes drying is scandalous anyway.

Previously Revolution laundry. Great idea, but website misleading and customer service unhelpful regarding parking at Basingstoke site and possible fines -WATCH OUT. Quite literally rinsing customers.

God awful machine tonight in Exeter. Machine broke twice and rebooted after taking payment. £40 later and have 2 loads of laundry all still damp. Trying to request a refund. You have an issue at 2SKA location and id like a full refund for my visit please including the failed transactions. I have photos i submitted after the first reboot.

You pay before knowing if machine works, when it doesn’t, refund process is difficult. Machines lock during cycle but do not stay locked, so ensure you get back at the right time. Dryers however do not lock, so good luck on drying anything you don’t want to loose, I was prepared for the expense but not great when you have paid and they don’t work. You will not get through to customer services. Refund is an online form and a bit of a palava, I don’t even know if it will be successful. Will not be using again.

Machines are poorly maintained and regularly break down.
People use them to wash horse/dog blankets meaning that your washing often ends up covered in hairs and smelling like a stable even though it’s significantly more expensive than a normal launderette 🫩

The online “help” facility is useless. I’ve emailed 5 or 6 times and only once received a reply, which was when the machine broke down & my clothes were stuck inside.
Messaged them 2 days ago to advise the tumble dryer was not getting hot and I spent over £20 trying in vain to get my clothes dry - they haven’t even bothered to reply.
Will not be using again.

the machines just don't wash properly . i have used them about 8 times now and there a complete waste of money and time . if you wash and dry your clothes and have the fabric softener and pre wash it costs around £25 for one wash .if you use them 4 times you can prettymuch buy a washing machine for that. better off just going to a launderette . it costs about £10 and thats for a large machine and dryer . moor importantly your clothes will come out clean

Wash did not include opt out of companies cleaning solution I had a allergic reaction to product. Took payment for dryer but did not operate, help line did not respond to call back and website would not refund payment.

Our washing machine and tumble dryer both broke within a week of each other, so this was a life saver to get the kids clothes washed. The downside for me is that Goole Play store is saying the app is no longer available in the UK and so there is no longer any way to see if the washer or dryers are free before setting out. When will this become available again in the UK? Also, the internet connection kept dropping when trying to pay.

Two 20 min dry cycles for £3.50 a cycle to dry 20kg of washing washed at home. Completely dry and excellent machines located at BP sandringham melton rd Leicester. Wouldn’t try the washers there just happy to use the drying facility. First time using wash.me and I’ll deffo be back again soon! Really happy and pleased with how convenient it was.

Used to be good but they have clearly turned the heat setting on the driers down. I just paid £15 to dry and laid of towels. A laundrette would be cheaper. I've bee using them for over a year, but after today im done. Rip off
