Good experience

There are absolutely no accommodations on Flixbus for Disabled passengers from Virginia to NY! Double knee replacement, cane and 2 torn rotator cuffs. Assigned seats were #11. To get front seats 13.00 extra. Called in advance, was told they could me move me to #6 for 8.00 extra. So I paid it. But to ask driver anyway.
Those seats remained empty til Baltimore. The. He offered them to 2 gentlemen who didn't want them. I said I would take them, and proceeded to change. The driver yelled at me! "NO!! NOT YOU!! BACK TO YOUR SEAT!" So me and my cane, lumbered back. The bus was embarrassed for me. The other men took other seats. A young lady came on board, passed the front seat and he told her to, "Take STAR SEAT " Just like that. "Take Start seat!" It's apparently a 35.00 seat, relegated to "sightseeing" if you were in London. 🙄 They are getting away with overpriced handicapped seating for Disabled people, is what they are doing!! There is actually a class action suit against this! I'm adding my name! My hips and feet were numb from the ride. All of the seats are cramped!!

Company is fraud like, they charged me twice for the same trip and refuse to refund one of the tickets. Also when we almost got to our destination from Ny to Raleigh NC. The bus driver who was extremely rude crashed a car and totaled it. Driver acted like it was no big deal. Delaying our trip due to the accident and waiting for police and ambulance. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I was able to book my Amtrak train trip through you, with little effort, opposed to booking directly with Amtrak. I called about 10 times to their AI automated number's agent "Julie", and never could make the reservation, spending over an hour waisting my time. The one problem I had with you, was I could not get my senior discount , because it wasn't an option on your site.Thus the reason, I rated you 9, out of 10 favorably. Smooth and easy

My experience with Amtrak was a living nightmare, don't ever set with Grandma because she well blame you for anything, yeah ,huh y'all believe them, and you made fatso cry in front of everybody,and didn't apologize,and I just remembered it was one the best rides I ever been on, except being on Dumbo at Disneyland, I want to say Thank you for entertaining the worst little girl in the world, by the way, you taught me not take things to the heart...etc, my experience was wonderful..
