My dress arrived with a faint mark on the back. I sent this to the brand the moment I opened the parcel. The brand insinuated that I must have marked it and that it couldn’t have possibly happened on their end. I would have been happy with an exchange but the brand refused to take the dress back. Very disappointing way to treat a customer.

EDIT: This top was worn for my hen do with the intention of wearing for the evening of my night do. I took the top to the dry cleaners as the label says to be cleaned and the top is wrecked! The dry cleaners followed all of the instructions on the label. This top should not be a one hit wonder for the price and now with getting married next month I have the expense of buying a new outfit. I have contacted customer services and have not received any response. Save your money!!

I have bought the most beautiful top from yourselves. The quality, the fit, everything about this beautiful piece is perfect. I cannot wait to wear it on my hen do next weekend and I can’t thank you enough for making clothes that have made me feel so special. From a bride to be, thank you! X

Absolutely appalled with the customer service from Wanderdoll. I ordered an item which arrived dirty and clearly not in acceptable condition. I returned it expecting a refund or replacement, only for the item to be sent straight back to me with absolutely no communication whatsoever.

No email, no explanation, no update — it just turned up back at my door. Receiving a dirty item in the first place was unacceptable, but the complete lack of customer service and communication has made the experience even worse. Really disappointing and unprofessional. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I have never experienced customer service this bad. Please read!! I literally feel like I have been scammed and reading the other reviews this doesn’t seem like the first occasion the company has behaved like this. I ordered a few things from wander-doll (not my first time ordering I have ordered stuff and kept it in the past) in a couple of different sizes and none of the items fit me correctly. I registered all items for return and sent them all back, only to received a partial refund, which confused me as I was expecting a full refund as I sent ALL of the items back.

This has happened to me before with other brands, and it has been resolved quickly and easily so I just thought it was a mistake. I emailed wander-dolls customer service only to be told that not all items where in the parcel, and the customer service representative ‘remembers’ unpacking my exact parcel and that all the items where not included.

When I fought back and said I categorically posted all of the items in the parcel so this must be some sort of mistake, she repeatedly told me that she remembers unpacking this parcel and I cannot receive a refund for something that I didn’t send back- but I did!!! I asked for their proof and received a screen shot of a system that just said the item wasn't present!

I do not have the item, and am now £50 down and received the worst customer service I have ever ever received!! I was basically called a liar and there was absolutely no admittance that this could have been a mistake on their part or the parcel carriers part. I was blamed and left £50 short for something I do not have.

I have been a previous customer of wander-doll and have items of their clothing in my wardrobe. I can categorically say I will never shop here again. Leaving a loyal customer £50 down and providing absolutely no solid customer service is just awful.

I wish I had wrote sooner to be honest - after waiting for my current return to be sorted out (I shouldn't of ordered from here again actually but I needed an outfit for a wedding and it's the only place I could think of with co ords that look wedding acceptable.

I purchased a co ord back in December for new year.
Heavily pregnant I decided the co ord (short skirt and bodysuit, which the skirt was on sale) didn't suit so decided to just return, all tags in tact etc.
I was REFUSED my refund- no shock, because as it stands below so many others have had to suffer too.
I wish I had wrote this review sooner to prevent it happening to so many of you!
They sent an email stating there was debris, a hair on the item (How they can prove this is me and didn't do this themselves I don't know).
They credited the skirt onto the account though (again, shock because you then still have to spend your money with them!) One of the reasons I purchased this wedding outfit from here.
Bare in mind these items have tags that wrap around the actual clothing, you cannot wear them!
After emails going backwards and forwards and then shutting it down to say they are closing the case, that's their policy without ANY proof I decided to let it be.
I mean, heavily pregnant with a 6 year old already, I had no energy.
£55/£60 down the drain, it is what it is.

But looking through all of these comments makes complete sense and their scamming us!
This place needs shutting down!
There's nothing in the industry lawment that allows you to do this!

Love this brand. I bought my first Wanderdoll outfit — the Kenny Dress 😍 — last summer, and I’ve bought most of my occasion outfits from there ever since: dresses, co-ords, and bodysuits.

I’ve loved the fit, style, and quality of everything I’ve ordered, and I find the designs especially flattering for curves. The customer service team are also lovely and always happy to answer any questions about the outfits.

I had a slight issue with an order and i contacted customer service. I got a very quick reply back from Olivia, which I was super pleased about. I explained the issue to Olivia and with no hesitation she quickly sorted my issue. I felt very looked after and felt like my needs were met. Thank you again Olivia!!

I had an issue where my email wasn’t working so I couldn’t get in touch with customer service directly. I reached out via Instagram instead and the team were incredibly helpful. They sorted everything out within just one day.

The service was really efficient and professional throughout, and I’m very happy with the support I received.

When my parcel has gone missing with a large order I was worried as a lot of money and the items were for my hen weekend in 2 weeks time, Olivia was very helpful and fast response to my concerns and the items have been resent.

My experience with wander doll has so far been very pleasant, I have spoken with Olivia over instagram multiple times who is always very lovely and helpful with my enquiries! Typical response is only a few hours if not less during working hours

I’ve only made 1 purchase with them so far but will deffo purchase from again for any events that pop up in my life. Quality of clothing is also amazing and arrived within 2/3 days of purchasing!

I absolutely love Wanderdoll and can’t recommend them enough. Their dresses are some of my all-time favourites — I have the Eman dress in 3 different colours and the Nara in 3 colours too, plus many more styles from previous drops. I genuinely love the fit of their dresses and how confident and feminine they make me feel.

I usually shop every single drop they release because I know the quality and fit are always amazing. I very rarely ever return items (this was actually my first time returning something I’ve bought online), but on the one occasion I did need to send something back, the customer service was fantastic. I wasn’t familiar with the return process, but when I messaged, Olivia was so helpful in locating my return and making sure my refund was processed in a timely manner.

Overall, such a lovely brand with beautiful pieces and great customer service — I would 100% recommend Wanderdoll.

unreal quality everytime the best outfits

Fab experience overall from ordering to returns! The matching set I purchased was amazing quality and looks exactly like the photos online. I did return this outfit in the end as I ordered multiple outfits for a wedding and went with something else. On returning the products, I needed to get in touch with the team, I was helped through Instagram chat by Olivia who was very friendly and sorted my return out straight away. Fantastic customer service! Will defo be purchasing again from Wanderdoll!

I cannot recommend this brand enough. Their customer service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. I unfortunately could no longer attend the event I had purchased my outfit for, and despite being outside of the return policy, they very kindly allowed me to return it as a gesture of goodwill.

Responses were always incredibly prompt, professional and helpful, and Olivia in particular was amazing throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across customer service this thoughtful nowadays, and it genuinely made such a difference.
