Customer care from start to finish
A big shout out to Richard and his team. I needed a load of special plasterboard (Siniat Fire board MR in 15mm) along with MR board in 2.4 and 2.7m.
I responded to my quote request quickly and courteously taking on board my request for Moffett off-load and the tricky access.
The delivery driver was really friendly and really helpful, taking care to get two tones of sheeting where I needed it.

Wrong rollers were received.
However, called the office and spoke to Jon later in the day where he sent out the correct order and collected the wrong order the next day.
Customer service is too drawer.
You can buy these items from multiple different suppliers, however what makes the difference is how the after sale customer service is dealt with.
And in my opinion this was spot on.
