What a headache to make a return. They sent the wrong size. Also don’t think they’re real adidas and took a while to arrive. When I asked for an exchange they requested a plethora of photos. Then then more photos of me making a donation. Below is the email they sent.
Please note that regardless of whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange, our procedure is the same and must be followed in order to proceed.

You will need to complete a donation of the item and send us a photo as confirmation. This step is required before we can move forward with your exchange.

• A photo of the item being handed to another person
• A photo of the item at a donation center or charity location
• A photo clearly showing the item placed in a donation box
• A photo of the item being prepared for donation, visibly separated for this purpose

Once we receive the photo, we will review your case and proceed with the next steps.
(Which will probably be another run around)
Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase anything off this website.

Do not use this company, item never arrived with false reasons why. Terrible service, basically stole my money!!

Fake Goods!

I bought 2 pairs of Samba Janes which were advertised as delivered within 4-5 working days. Three weeks later they arrive and are clearly fake. When I advised them of the inauthenticity of the goods, they asked for photographic proof - which they accepted - then asked me to donate the shoes to charity. I refused as they are fake and they have asked me to send a video of the straps being cut, it’s really outrageous.
They are standing firm on no refund unless I do one of these two things.
It’s a scam company - do not buy from them and save yourself the frustration I’m going through!

Item arrived, after a lengthy time.

Item does not really suit me, so I asked to return them, to be advised they only do exchanges.
When advised it wasnt due to a fit but for not liking them, they said I could only get a refund if I donated them to a charity store or destroyed the shoe.
Both situations I had to provide video evidence of this.
I find it extremely strange that a company would allow for what they advertise as genuine items to just be given away or destroyed!

I do not believe these items to be genuine, do not buy, as if you do not like when they arrive you are stuck with them!

They claimed it was down to international shipping, though they were shipped from inside the UK!

The email responses had no personal notes and ai believe they maybe autogenerated emails or a copy and paste script.

Awful company do not use

Do not buy from this company. The shoes did not work for my feet, and I requested a return. Although they advertise an “easy return” policy, I have been going back and forth with them for over a week trying to return the shoes.

First, they offered to let me keep the original pair while sending me another one. When I requested a refund instead, they asked for pictures. Then they requested that I donate the shoes to a charity and document it.

At every step, they have made the refund process as difficult as possible. At this point, I am still unsure that I will get my refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It’s a shell. I never received my order and when I contacted customer service via email I got limited non-responses. They refused to help or investigate. I tried to file a complaint with BBB and their address in New Mexico does not exist. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! They say it was signed for but can’t produce a signature. No notifications were ever made, no signature required. This company is fraudulent.

Sehr guter Service. Ich hatte im November wegen eines Rucksacks angefragt, der nicht verfügbar war. Als das Modell auf Lager war, wurde ich informiert und der Rucksack für mich reserviert. Nach meiner Rückmeldung wurde er umgehend verschickt. Der Versand war schnell und die Kommunikation zuverlässig. Klare Empfehlung.

Ich habe versucht, ein Produkt zwei Tage nach Ablauf der Rückgabefrist zurückzugeben, da es sich um ein Weihnachtsgeschenk handelte. Der Kundenservice teilte mir jedoch mit, dass eine Rückgabe nicht mehr möglich sei. Die Antwort empfand ich als wenig entgegenkommend.

Zusätzlich hat mich die Qualität der gekauften Possum-/Merino-/Seidenmütze enttäuscht. In meinem persönlichen Empfinden hält sie deutlich weniger warm, als ich es aufgrund der Materialbeschreibung erwartet hätte. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Kauf und dem Kundenservice unzufrieden.
Außerdem ist der Kundenservice sehr frech, da ich höflich bin und eine unbekannte Person mit "Sie" anspreche, was aber immer mit einem "Du" erwidert wird! Das geht gar nicht !!!

Schnelle Lieferung, optimal verpackt.
Achtung: schnell sein! Hatte ein paar Tage Dinge im Einkaufswagen, die dann ausverkauft waren.

I recently bought a Mystery Ranch pack from this store. It’s often a lottery with which stores can be trusted and those which can’t. I took the gamble after reading some other good reviews and can confirm that the transaction was flawless. The pack arrived in the UK and despite some customs charges, I’m very happy with the whole experience. One minor annoyance was that there was no language option on their site although this was overcome.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Bestellung und vor allem dem Service. Ich hätte beinahe einen nicht passenden Kleber für ein neues Zelt bestellt. Daraufhin wurde ich kontaktiert und darauf hingewiesen, dass er nicht zu dem bestellten Zelt passt. Da hat jemand mitgedacht.
Achso, die Ware war natürlich auch so, wie man es sich wünscht. Toller Laden / Service und sehr schneller Versand!

Obwohl es den Artikel auf anderen Seiten günstiger gab, habe ich ihn aufgrund der guten Reviews bei Walk on the wild side bestellt. Es hat sich gelohnt.

Habe meinen Rucksack nachts an einem Mittwoch bestellt und am nächsten Morgen, also Donnerstag früh, wurde er versandt. Am Freitag war er dann da, also eine sehr gute Erfahrung.

Bestellt, geliefert an Packstation. Sonst nix.

Ein Spitzenservice. Bin von diesem Geschäft echt begeistert. Hatte im Jänner den "Vargo Titan Kaffeefilter" bestellt. Leider hatte ich das Pech, dass sich dieser nach etwa einem Monat begann aufzulösen. Sendete am Sonntag, 28.02.2021, ein Mail an die Firma mit dem Problem und einem Foto und erhielt prompt am Montag Vormittag schon eine Antwort mit einer netten Entschuldigung. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn. Eine Woche später war ein neuer Filter vor der Tür. Kann nur sagen, ein perfektes Service. Bin auch von diesem Kundenmitarbeiter begeistert.

Ein Top outdoor Shop so wünscht man sich das , sehr guter Kundenservice wurde vorher von zwei anderen Shop s Teil s sogar hinters Licht geführt ,falsche Etikett aufgeklebt usw. Nicht so bei the walkonwildeside es wurde auf Anfrage extra ins Lage und nachgeschaut das es ja das richtige Produkt ist .macht weiter so !
