I ordered a pair of the advertised shorts on April 2nd and have had replies from "Oliver" that there was a problem but that they would be sent. Bullshit. It's just like your reviews say-SCAM. I'm embarrased that I fell for it.

Absolutely embarassing in their incompetence, horrible quality and zerocustomer services. When I tried to return some items, they claim I needed to pay to return the items at my cost to China, and if, after finding out what it would cost, they would be willing to refund me 25% of the purchase. Unbelievable. Upon challenging this, they claim the return policy dictates this, a policy never provided. The only reference to any shipping was their free shipping.

Should have done my research. This is 100% scam. Products look nothing like they do on website. Came in small plastic bag with not labeling. Obviously they use child labor to produce products as quality is pathetic. Then 'Oliver' contacts you will all sorts of request to process your return. And their return address? You guessed it, China. And you pay return costs, more than the cost of the product.

I recently purchased a pair of hand-burnished loafers from Walker Grey. The attention to detail is evident, and the leather quality is far superior to anything you'd find in a department store. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they require a bit of break-in period - the heel was quite stiff for the first three wears. Now that they've molded to my feet, they are incredibly comfortable.

I've been a fan of handmade shoes for years, and Walker Grey has truly impressed me, The balance between the classic design and the durable build is perfect. The aren't just shoes; they are built to last a lifetime. Excellent service, fast shipping, and a product that justifies every penny. I'll definitely be back for a second pair!

You can go to second hand store, buy item, wash it and trust me it will be better quality.100% trap with refund process. They ask you to send pictures of items, then funny 20% reduction in price offer, scary messages regarding shipping prices. Typical way of scammers. By all means stay away and tell it to all friends.

It's hard to find genuine handmade shoes at this price. The leather has a beautiful depth of color and the Goodyear welt construction feels sturdy. My only minor gripe was that the packaging arrived slightly dented, though the shoes inside were perfectly protected in their dust bags. Great value for the quality you receive!

These are easily the most beautiful shoes in my closet. The silhouette is sleek and the stitching is flawless. I did find that they run slightly larger than my usual brands, so I had to exchange for a half-size down. The exchange process was smooth, though shipping took a little longer than expected. Overall, a great investment for any gentleman.

The 100% cashmere sweatpants I ordered were actually 95% polyester 5% spandex. The delivery took 28 days and the company is now resistant to any returns of their products. They have offered discounts to me in order to keep the sweatpants and advised me to give them as gifts as they are "of high quality"; they are not. I refuse to pay return shipping as this was a bait and switch.

Purchases -2- cotton shirts and received polyester shirts with no tag whose shirt it is. Delayed responding so their 30 day refund was 6 weeks past. FRAUD FRAUD

This was terrible quality and NOT cashmere. It was deceiving because I thought they were based out of New York, NOT China. When I realized it, I canceled the order. They said it hadn’t shipped, I immediately said cancel but of course they said it had shipped. All in 5 minutes, it’s a SCAM. Now I’m fighting with them trying to return it. They want to offer 20% of my money back. I thought I researched it enough but they are very deceptive on this company. The quality was a joke, as was the fit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Ordered cashmere sweater; received item with label indicating it to be 95% poliester and 5% rayon. After many emails, company offered refund after having received item returned from the US. Given negative experiences with returns, as shown in reviews, I decided not to return item, until full refund is received. Company still insists in receiving item in return before issuing refund.

I purchased what was supposed to be a cashmere shirt. It arrived weeks later and was NOT cashmere. It's 95% polyester and 5% spandex. In addition to not being what was advertised, the sleeves are too short. I was only offered a 30% refund or I had to ship the item back to China! Terrible experience.

I purchased walking shoes from them. They didn't come close to fitting. I wanted to return them in exchange for another pair. I wrote to them three times and not a peep. I think the place is a rip off. Tossing the shoes or will donate them to a clothing bin. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I bought the cozy Cozy Henley Shirt. 2 of them. Don't waste your money on these unless you love polyester/rayon. It took almost 3 weeks to get them. I'm not even going to attempt a return. Chalk it up to lessons learned. Do not do business with Walker and Grey.

First of all, I have never left a review of anything before until now. This has been such an infuriating experience I had to do it. All of the reviews I have read are exactly what I have dealt with. Mad at myself for not researching this before purchasing. Bought two quarter-zips both Large, one fit fine the other had sleeves that were WAY too short and unwearable. Both were advertised as cashmere and they are not cashmere (95% polyester & 5% spandex). I requested refund and I was told to send photos of the items. The response to the photos was that they shipped what I ordered even though that was not what I was disputing. In the same email response they suggested "You can give it as a gift to your family or friends who can fit this product, I think they will like it very much." WHAT???? That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. This place is total garbage, I see why they don't allow you to leave a review on their website.

1 star because the form does not allow zero stars. Wrong sizes sent. One XL shirt would barely fit a 4 ft tall person. Attempts by me to get a refund and return the shirts are met with constant resistance (from customer dis-service) and refusal to refund. i am giving up on the $100 (US) of clothing. This is a Chinese scam site. I should have done more research and not believed it was located in Manhattan. Enjoy the website folks, you are sending charity money to people in China.

I ordered the men’s cashmere sweater and the women’s silk blouse, and the experience was extremely disappointing.

The men’s sweater was poorly proportioned. My husband typically wears a medium, and while the body fit adequately, the sleeves were significantly too short—so much so that the sweater was unwearable.

The women’s blouse was equally problematic. It looked nothing like the photo on the website. Although I ordered a medium, the neck was uncomfortably tight, and the fabric did not drape at all as depicted. The overall cut and quality were far below expectations.

To make matters worse, the return process has been nearly impossible. Customer service suggested that I “gift the items to family or friends” instead of facilitating a proper return. That response was both dismissive and unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from this website.
