safe advise

My adviser Jason Fisher who is with Sandringham Financial Services is always there to support and advise me on my investments. He has been very helpful and patience with me during the past couple of years when I was going through a very difficult time. I value and trust his advice and have never failed to recommend him to friends and family who have been equally impressed by his conscientious approach on the best investments for each individual.

Financial Advice

I was put in touch with a Financial Adviser and he replied quickly. We have emailed and his responses are quick and detailed. I would recommend this site.

VOUCHED FOR BE GOOD OR LEARN TO BE GOOD!

i HAVE BEEN USING VOUCHED FOR NOW FOR A YEAR AND I FIND THE QUESTIONS AND PROCESS USER FRIENDLY FOR MY CLIENTS AND IT ALSO IDENTIFIES SALES OPPORTUNITES AS WELL AS ANY WEAK POINTS IN EITHER ADVICE OR PROCESSES. IT PUTS YOU OUT THERE FOR CRITIQUE BUT IF YOU ARE GOOD AT WHAT YOU DO AND HAVE GOOD SYSTEMS YOU WILL BENEFIT FROM THE POSITIVE RESULTS.

I asked a financial Advisor

I asked a financial Advisor, Lisa Millward, to contact me, but no luck, so when vouched for asked whether I had been contacted I asked to try again.
Still no luck, but they have now sent two emails asking for a review, but clicking the link says the page has not been found - please stop sending requests if it's not possible to implement and perhaps a better system for getting in touch with advisors

I’m really sorry for the frustrating experience you’ve had – this isn’t what we want for anyone using VouchedFor.

In this case, it was an unusual situation. The adviser you selected received your enquiry but shortly afterwards closed their profile, meaning it was no longer active. As a result, you weren’t contacted and the review link didn’t work.

Your feedback has been genuinely helpful in highlighting a gap in our process, and we’ve already made improvements so that if an adviser closes their profile soon after receiving an enquiry, our team is alerted and can step in to connect you with an alternative.

Thank you again for raising this - it’s helped us improve. If you’re still open to it, we’d be very happy to help match you with another adviser, and we’re sorry again for falling short of our usual standard.

Unwilling to assist lacked knowledge…

Unwilling to assist lacked knowledge and unable to empathise could very easily have dealt with matter for small fixed fee it was 5 minute job email the police

If you did contact a professional through our platform, it may help to clarify that we’re an independent review site - we introduce people to financial and mortgage advisers, but we’re not involved in the advice they provide, the fees they charge, or how they handle individual cases.

Maybe not VouchedFor at fault but no contact from the advisor that was chosen. Sorry but I won't be back

We’re really sorry to hear this was your experience.

While we’re an independent review platform and not directly linked to the adviser or their firm, that doesn’t make it any less frustrating when you don’t receive a response, especially after taking the time to make an enquiry.

When a consumer makes an enquiry, we send multiple email notifications to the adviser to make them aware. If we’re told there’s been no contact, we’ll also follow up with additional emails and, where possible, a call or text.

Unfortunately, on rare occasions we still don’t receive a response, which is incredibly disappointing for us too.

In situations like this, we’re always happy to connect you with an alternative adviser. That said, we completely understand why you may have chosen to look elsewhere.

Please accept our sincere apologies for your experience. We’ll be sharing this feedback directly with the adviser, as responsiveness is something we take very seriously.

If you’d like us to help you find another adviser, we’d still be very happy to assist.
