I ordered a scooter via the website the 1st of April, 2026. Seems simple enough. Never heard a word from the outfit after the order. I emailed and called them and didn't get response from them for over 5 days after the initial order. I get some sort of excuse, basically no accountability for their shortcomings. I finally get a text message lol from these folks 7 days after the order telling me i need to pay $150 shipping charge. I pay it. I wait another 5 days after paying the additional 150 shipping charge, and I have to reach out to them again, because they haven't shipped it nor even created the shipping label. Now we're 20 days past the 1st of April, 2026, and I still don't have my scooter.

Save your hard earned money and shop somewhere else and save yourself the heartache. All you'll get is misdirection and excuses here at Voro.

Was looking for a fast charger for Teverun Blade Mini Ultra, Mike was helpful pointing me in the right direction to obtaining a charger.

Chat dude was a real live human. Tbh , I would not have purchased the scooter if I got stuck with a dumb AI chat robot. Voro guts kudos for having the balls to make real scooters and having actual humans working there

Jim Brian from Voro Motors has been extremely helpful with all my questions about my new scooter! I was having a knocking sound coming from the front tire and Jim helped me work through figuring out what exactly was causing it and how to fix it. He even gave me tips for preventing any issues like that in the future. He was very kind and returned my emails very quickly and I couldn't be happier with my experience!

We had support member Ronnel help me and my wife get all of our paperwork needed to license our Altis Sigma bikes. He was fantastic, treated us with respect, and was promoting VoroMotors the right way! Huge thank you for all the help!

I purchased an eMove Cruiser back in 2022... Anyways, I had to Move and wasn't riding it much or keeping up with it like I should have. I had some issues with it not powering up. I was willing to buy a new battery, thinking it was toast. I reached out to Ronnel 4-2026 at Voromotors... He walked me through the Settings and it still worked. I had two flat tires, He was in California, I was in S.C. He gave me info on a closer shop...

My interest in purchasing a scooter began a couple of weeks ago, and after speaking with Jenkins I had no doubt that I was making a good decision. He answered every one of my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the information given. Jenkins made sure he was available and easy for me to reach as needed. I did not have to wait long for his call when I text him. I really appreciate quick response and accuracy both of which I received. I would refer VORO MOTORS to anyone with the same interest in purchasing their first or fifth scooter.
