I visited the Ashton Rd branch to have my air conditioning re gased. From booking in my car to collection the girls on the main desk and the technicians have been superb. A repeat customer!

We recently purchased a vehicle from a large dealership and found problems within the first 48 hours, we did try to use our consumer rights but the dealership were pushing back and we paid in full so had no one to help us, apparently if the faults are not significant enough you can’t reject the vehicle or so they said. In our minds we knew the car had issues so contacted VolksMaster, the ladies in the office were most helpful but explained a health check was just that and that’s what would be carried out. My husband drove the car into them and we waited at home anxiously for the results, after a few hours we had the call that the car was ready for collection. While I waited at home they sent a video of the health check and the car was in very good condition from underneath apart from a few holes through the boot floor directly over the exhaust tailpipe! When my husband got home the diagnostic check had also shown active faults. The report was factual, reasonably priced and the service we received from the staff was absolutely excellent. I emailed a copy of the report to the dealership and they told us to bring the car into them, after reading on the report that emissions could enter our new vehicle I checked on the DVLA site and found that due to the risk of emissions entering the vehicle it would not pass an MOT so refused and told them to collect it. A very short time after they had the car back at the dealership they contacted us agreeing to refund our money. The car had been previously adapted and had equipment taken out leaving holes and wiring issues. My husband was not told of any adaptions at the time of purchase but the dealership said that didn’t matter as they had been removed. Had it not been for VolksMaster fitting the car in and producing the fair and honest report in a timely manner I do think we would have still been getting fobbed off by the dealership so from the bottom of our hearts and our bank balance we thank you and will not hesitate to have our next vehicle looked after in every aspect by you

Absolutely perfect!! Took my VW to the Bury branch for the first time, armed with a super long list of things I wanted doing and I couldn’t have asked for better! Going forward, I won’t take my VW anywhere else! Very happy!

Super lovely staff - everything clearly explained and all questions answered - Everything done in two days - was kept up to date as the work was progressing - very very reasonable price - nice little clean for the car afterwards too!

This is the second time a minor accident has led to a potentially very expensive repair bill and Volksmaster smart repairs at Oldham have saved the day. They are by far the best repair shop I have used in over 40 years of motoring. The repairs are amazing and the prices are exceptionally good value.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The work carried out on my car was completed to a very high standard, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. They even cleaned the car inside and out, left an air freshener, and a bottle of water in the car, which were thoughtful touches that made a real difference.

Kat provided outstanding customer service. She was so warm and welcoming, addressed me by name throughout, and made the whole experience feel personal. She gave me a full report on the work completed and explained each step clearly, so I understood everything that had been done.

Hi , staff is really good and supportive . I really appreciate the time management and communication skills . I would highly recommend this service to use.

Booked earlybird online for my MOT at the Heywood branch which gave me a price reduction.
Staff very friendly and kept me updated with progress. Explained a small probem and followed up with a Health Video. I wil be using them again next year.

MOT and service done. Very satisfied as usual. They include a video of visual checks performed during service which is very handy to see for yourself ! Highly recommend this place

Took my car in after waiting a week for a booking. It took them 8hrs to plug the car in for a basic diagnostic scan. Even then the front counter rush you and constantly make up excuses. No transparency. Not the best of experiences. Wouldn’t come back unfortunately

Fabulous service
My van had dpf and egr issues
The mechanics listened to what id done to resolve it, and symptoms.
As the on board computer had been cleared by brakedown it was good mechanic disgnostic work to solve the problem.
As i had to leave my van for repair
Elishia kept me upto date with costs and timeline of work being done and estimates of when it would be completed.
A real pleasure to deal with the garage, very efficient.
Ive just been to pick van up today and runs best its ever done in 4 years.
They even washed the van and kindly left me a goody bag and water.
Truly gone above and beyond in service and care.
Thankyou for looking after Edna and making her run so well.
