Ordered some phones which were a good price and arrived promptly. I then needed to return them as I didn't realise phone provider were providing phones themselves. Returns process is very difficult and slow. It has taken over 5 weeks to get an return authorisation which I have had to chase 3 times for. Items have been returned back and now had to chase again for my refund.
Such an unprofessional company
Such an unprofessional company. Ordered some digital licenses over a week ago which says In stock for next day delivery, Its been over a week, zero response from them. Support chat bot just says "Hangon! I will get the right person from my team to help you out." Emails seem to go into a black hole!

They don't hold the stock they say they do.
I have had to chase every order the last half a dozen times due to some admin error.
Today, the final straw. On the basis I have had more bad experiences than good... they're getting an honest review.
Today I learn that they have held my entire order for the week... because one item is out of stock. And they are quote 'trying to source it at a price that works for me'. In other words, they are showing stock on their site that they do not have, which they are now trying to buy it to then resell to me... they realise they are going to make a loss on this product - which by the sounds the call they were intending to pass the difference on to me. No thanks.
Credit to the girl who took my call though, she was polite and more importantly honest about the problem.
Very slow and unhelpful after sales.
Item arrived dead on arrival.
Took over a week to get a response to my enquiry. Eventually given an RMA and returned the device, making it clear that a refund was needed as a repalacement wasn't any use as an order had to be placed with another company due to the very slow communication. They took almost a week once the item had been returned to do anything. They then sent out a replacement which was not what was needed.
I asked them to sort out collecting their replacement and sorting a refund, almost 2 weeks now since they asked for the details on where it needs collecting from and it's still sat here.
If you want your issues dealt with in a timescale of months rather than days, they're the retailer for you.

I don’t understand the low ratings for VoIPon Solutions — my experience was excellent. I ordered a phone and it arrived the very next day. I realised I’d ordered the wrong model and contacted them to ask about returning it. They directed me to their online returns form, and since it was my error, I paid for the return postage. As soon as they received the parcel, I got a full refund. Everything went smoothly — no problems at all. Very efficient and professional service
Multiple items ordered, delivered OK but shocking aftersales support on incorrectly picked item
Number of products ordered and delivered promptly - all good.
Until I realised someone had picked an incorrect item when packing the order.
Naturally this happens and not a major issue, so emailed asking for a remedy, supplying photos and web link to their website to ensure correct part was identified.
Was told I would have to raise a returns RMA (which as per their T's & C's is for faulty products and not incorrect orders!), as well as pay for return carriage, which would be more than the part actually cost in the first place.
Responded asking for clarification on this and have been ignored ever since - absolutely shocking aftersales service, would thoroughly recommend using a different supplier!

I have never gone anywhere else to buy my VoIP phones and have been buying them for some time now. I could not recommend Voipon highly enough. They have been very helpful and any snags have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Olivia was amazing with me.
Firstly, a phone was out of stock, which was quickly resolved. Then I was missing and invoice which Olivia sorted like lightening.
What i really like is the extensive selection of some great quality phones. I wanted to try out Sangoma (3 models) and a Snom DECT option (3 phones). They all arrived quickly - over a few orders - and all are perfect.
Ignorant
Wanted an argument rather than to resolve the issue.

Despite several dozen messages, VoiPon did not respond to my requests and pushed me around to drag out the file.

Twice burnt,. never again.
The 1st time I ordered from Voipon, their website said they had a stock of the item. I placed my order and was then contacted and informed the item was on backorder and delivery would be in 10 days. I cancelled the order and then had to keep pushing for a refund.
I received a very apologetic email, and eventually, my refund was made.
Today (Jan 15th, 2024), I placed an order with Voipon, and their website said 5 items were in stock. Next-day delivery was available. And guess what? Yep, an email comes through saying sorry, but 10-day backorder. I have cancelled my order, but who knows how long I will wait for the refund. DO NOT TRUST their website stock levels. Not really sure why this company can't update their stock figures, but I certainly won't be using them again. Burnt twice!!

No customer service at all
**EDIT** Since my Trustpilot review I was contacted and my item was returned and credited. With sincere apologies. Just a shame it took me writing this review to get a response. So I have upped my review to a 3*
Placed my order and paid, delivery took 2 weeks. One of the items didn't have a UK plug, not interested in resolving. Returned one of the items as not required, this took weeks to sort, then it was returned to me as they claimed it wasn't in the correct box as the serial number on the item didn't match the box they had delivered it on so couldn't accept the return. Tried to say I had ordered it elsewhere when it was the only time I had ever used these products. Absolutely appalling customer service, just closed my ticket and never replied to my complaint.

5 months and counting...
What terrible service. This truly has been a disappointing experience.
We placed our order on 25/03/2022
First, there were problems with getting the items delivered. Despite advertising on the website the items are in stock, we then get told there is no stock and we will be waiting several weeks however, they have already taken our money.
We also order Configuration support as well as Premium support.
I have been calling and emailing and calling some more, however, we have not received any replies (other than confirming they have received the request). When I called, I was promised that someone will get back to me, but no, nothing has happened. It is now 5 months later and we are still waiting for all our ordered items to be delivered.
They have good prices on their products but do not trust their service offerings. They will not deliver that. we are still waiting for our services 5 months later (despite already having paid for them).
