Total disaster
Total disaster. I have tried to move my personal account ro a bussniess accont now for 2 weeks. I have spoken to 5-6 people with each conversation either being hung up or passed around.
Honestly a total disaster, so much for the we see this through to the end crap.
Since the above message i have tried again to contact vodafone and again zero feedback or return message.
I appriciate vodafone have returned my call but as they say paper never refuses ink.

Mobile not letting me reply to or send a text...
I've had an issue for about four months where I couldn't send a text (only receive them). The message said "Network is not ready. Try again." I did the usual things including turning the phone off and back on again. I then rang Vodafone and they weren't able to sort it. After that, I went into the Grafton Street branch and a lovely guy called Donough? did his best to resolve it including checking with colleagues but to no avail. He advised me to come back on a Friday morning when there is a designated person available. I did so this morning and was referred to Ahmed. He also could not have been more helpful despite also having some initial difficulty in resolving the issue. He then decided to download a newer version of the message app and hey presto the issue resolved! To say I'm really grateful is an understatement. Thanks again Ahmed for coming up with what was in the end was a simple but brilliant solution. A very happy Vodafone customer...

I booked a insurance for my phone with…
I booked a insurance for my phone with them. It brook, i send it in. They repaired it, but it happend that i got a new phone in between. So after some time now i wanted to use this phone i got back from them and it turns out it is blocked as it apears to be a refurbished phone. I don´t mind it is refurbished but they told me its my problem and they don´t care. So i got the phone repaird but blocked so it is essentially useless. I will never buy with them again.

Unbelievably bad service
Unbelievably bad service. Asked for reciepts for bill payments. Sent me unopenable files. Impossible to get on the phone. Infuriating to deal with. Please stay away from this sham company.
