Eamonn has been helping me over the…
Eamonn has been helping me over the last couple of days. I just relocated to Ireland and he got my phone plan sorted, as well as my broadband. I would have struggled without his help and he really took his time to guide me and walk me through the process. This has been the best tech support experience I’ve ever had globally and he’s such a huge asset to the company. I really couldn’t be more grateful; thank you again Eamonn and thank you Vodafone for making this experience so seamless!

Simple yet extremely pleasant process
I had an excellent experience at Vodafone Swords thanks to Dale. I was seen to right away and he had all of the answers to my questions. We worked together to get the best deal for what I wanted and I couldn't have been happier with the service. People like Dale are a huge reason I keep coming back to Vodafone.

I visited Vodafone in the Pavilion looking for assistance. I received complete support and excellent care from Susan , stephen and Ted .extremely well trained staff members.
It really was , you only have to ask Vodafone once for assistance and the job is done .

Dale was very helpful

Tim was excellent
Having issues with my Vodafone login. Customer care were unable to help. Tim in Swords got me fixed up even though he was having issues. Tim kept going, got it resolved with a humour to brighten any day up

People need help so please give it
During the past six weeks I have had the most appalling customer service from VODAFONE STAFF. I was attempting to close down my father’s landline for him. He is 98. Multiple phone calls ended up with 4 conversations with the Indian Call Centre and a useless visit to the Swords Pavilion shop. On my second visit to the Swords Pavilion shop I spoke to DALE who was ready and willing to help me and sorted the issue without the drama I had been experiencing. I’m not a Vodafone customer but to thank Dale in some small way for his terrific help, I’m going to switch.
