Very Good Customer Service
Second order from this company and happy with everything. The supplier was late so there was a delay on delivery, but I appreciated the fact that they phoned me to explain this and kept me in the picture - wish more people would do this. Would recommend Lagoon

Would have no hesitation in using this company again
The order was dispatched and received very quickly.
The box was slightly damaged being packaged only in it's box, which is good regarding sustainability and the light was not damaged.
I already had one of the mushroom lamps so new what to expect and not disappointed. Possibly not to everyone's taste but I love them.
Overall very pleased.

Fabulous customer service
After initial issues with delivery by Royal Mail, I spoke to customer services and received my flower vase promptly, with regular delivery information. It is lovely, and matches the fruit bowl and double glass bowl set I have. Thank you Viva Lagoon!

One of the best services I’ve received…
One of the best services I’ve received from an online company. Someone called me a couple of hours after placing the order to arrange delivery the next day. The delivery guy then called me to give me a warning on when he would arrive and was very polite. I then had a courtesy call the next day to check everything was okay with my order and I was happy. Sunloungers look amazing and are very comfortable
