Responsive service, however didn't advise of long shipping time at checkout.
I was hesitant between giving 4 and 5 stars for this review. The product arrived at my home in perfect condition, and Viva Lagoon was very communicative about the shipping and responsive to my queries. They lost a star because it took so long for it to arrive (I ordered on 30/8 and it arrived on 15/10) and I felt that they didn't accurately set expectations. When I purchased it, it looked like the item was in stock and ready for delivery. Most likely the delay was totally out of their control (joys of modern supply chain issues), however had I know there was a 6-7 week lead time I might have looked at alternatives...

Your order was due to arrive in the previous shipment from our supplier and it would have arrived within the lead time we showed on our website but, unfortunately, it stayed behind by mistake and the next shipment was a few weeks later.

Beautiful Coffee Table
I had a problem with my first delivery which was dealt with immediately and the item was picked up and replaced very fast at no expense to myself.
I now have a beautiful new glass coffee table that looks stunning and fits into my space perfectly.

The product we ordered was going to…
The product we ordered was going to have a longer lead time than what we had originally been told when ordering.We we’re given an an option to have an alternative product.We agreed to look at the alternative unfortunately it came damaged.After a bit of messing about we received the stools.Because one of the stools was damaged we asked for a discount which was dismissed out of hand.Whether or not the person in charge thought we were exaggerating the damage I do not know.Five days later we were told they would accept our offer.Confused yes we are but we are happy with the conclusion.Throughout the whole process I must stress that Emma’s actions were exemplary.

There was some imperfection in the base of one of the stools that we sent you as an alternative, due to the fact that it is handmade. You asked for a discount but since we had another one in stock, we decided to send it as a replacement and collect the one that you were not happy with. But on a close inspection we decided that you might not be happy with it either. So, we decided to provide you with the discount that you asked for.

I cannot fault this company
I cannot fault this company. The item I bought was keenly priced. Once ordered they made sure I was aware of delivery time scales and they stuck to them.
A really nice lady called me to arrange delivery, which was on a sunday, which was great for me and then checked when it had arrived that I was happy with everything. The delivery driver who I think works for them, not a courier company, was very nice and helped me check the item as it was a heavy glass item before leaving and making sure I was happy. I will definitely shop here again.
