I'm not sure about the other stores but the guy we go to at The Vitamin Shoppe in Taylor's, SC is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. My husband has nothing but great things to say about him since he got him feeling better! Keep up the great work!

This is so ridiculous. If you don’t have the product then just say that you don’t have it. I ordered a bottle of chlorophyll liquid on April 14, then on April 16 they sent me an email saying that due to high demand so the shipment got pushed back to May 1. Ok I’m totally fine with that. But on May 1, they again sent me an email saying the shipment now is gonna be on May 10 :))))). Then on May 10, I saw another email saying the shipment now is on May 20. This is gotta be a joke :))))). What kind of business is this?

I ordered RHODIOLA and i received red thyme (?) And can not for the life of me find any return info or contact info OR no operators EVER available so.... F you in the future!!! No more money for you!!!

We have been shopping at The Vitamin Shoppe for years and was shopping at the facility when I had to go to the rest room. When asked where the restroom We were informed that the restrooms were for employees only. We were than told to go to a supermarket across the parking lot as anyone was allowed to use their restroom. My feeling is then let the employees shop at this store. I now shop The Vitamin Shoppe's competitor. Most of the people working at this store don't know much about vitamins anyway.

Very poor customer satisfaction. Online purchase was not as advertised and I was charged full price. The clerk at the store couldn't give me the discount and couldn't cancel the order so I was forced to accept it. He gave me a customer service phone # and said I would have to call and have them do it. They did not have the ability to help me as well even though they admitted I had been over charged. I will never purchase from this company again the staff is not well trained and the system is not setup to benefit the consumer.

We were store customers for the last 3 years. Last time we were there the lady behind the counter at the Sarasota, FL store was so rude that we will never go back. Anybody know a good vitamin shop in Sarasota?

I have been looking for a vitamin c that works faster than the usual vitamin c... good thing i read a review about how fast the results are when using vitamin c serum.

I always use this site whenever I need a new shipment of supplements. The prices and fair and the shipping is fast. I've tried other sites but like this one the best.

Trying to get an issue resolved with online ordering. Sent three emails to customer service with no resolve. There seems to be terrible communication, even with a detailed email.

Dishonest company. Refused to honor offer that clearly offered buy one and get one for 50%. I bought TEN and they applied a $25 discount instead. no one from the company would talk to me and the ad still is running. Never coming back.

I was stunned to experience complete indifference to a request I made for a return of a product that I bought a lot of on sale, because of additional toxic ingredients that I am unable to take because of my health. It was in a vitamin C, which I never encountered before, so it didn’t occur to me to go online to check it out. I couldn’t see it on their picture of the product on their site l was purchasing from. All of this fell on deaf ears, showing seeming hostility, and zero concern or understanding. They lost a customer for good once I experienced that cold management/ownership.

They sold me bottle of Aloe Vera Gel (Aloe Vera Gel 99% Pure - Topical Oil to Soothe & Moisturize, Item # : VS-3854/2189306) that smelled unbearably bad, like decades-old unwashed gym socks, truly sickening and they refuse to refund the product to due their Covid policies. I tried to put up an honest one-star review (would like to give zero stars but can't) of the product and they refuse to post it, it gets taken down almost immediately after posting it and this happened twice. I also posted question on the product page as to why they won't allow an honest one star review to be posted and they wouldn't post that either. All this smacks of being very unethical, of trying to boost an already low ranked product (VitaminShope brand ~ their OWN brand) and misleading the public about a likely rancid or defective product that they refuse to return. I will never shop here again!

Poor customer service, Nasty disdained attitude. I knew what I wanted and immediately got it and brought it to the register. He sees me standing there but ignores me for quite a while until he was ready to acknowledge me, then he very mammy with me. How hard is it to be Polite and use Miss or just be more kind. The product itself is great and I'd like to shop there again but not if I'm going to endure that.

Mediocre company. Average supplements for above average price. Ok but not great

I spent an hour on the website putting an order together. Entered card payment shipping details everything, hit submit, and kept receiving a page saying I do not have access to server. Trying going back and could not. Clicked my web history to find my cart and the whole thing was deleted.... Luckily i got an email saying I didn’t place the order, but when I clicked on it, I got the same pop up. So I call custoemr service and they recommend clearing my cookies and I then click on the link and it takes me to their website but again, all 50 items in the cart are missing. So I asked teh gal on the phone if I could just forward teh email to her so she could process the order, and she tells me to send it to custoemr service. I said oh ok, great, what’s your email? She says she cannot receive email... So I asked her, are you not customer service? She says yea but she doesn’t have an email, that I need to email customer service... So I ask for the email but then ask her how they will process the order if they didn’t save my card info. She says they can’t unless I’m on the phone. So I said, should I stay on the phone with you? She said no she’s not that custoemr service... So I asked, is there a different customer service other than the one I’m on the phoen with...? She just shuddered and couldn’t answer the question. It should be pointed out that this woman could barely speak english, sounded very very old, or if not decrepit then she had some learning disability becasue she could not seem to communicate and had a hard time explaining even what role she has at the Vitamin Shoppe. I asked if they could find my order and fulfill it... She couldn’t. I ended up just hanging up after 20 min on the phone with her, and 45 min of putting the order together... Waste of my Saturday. I only went on this website casue the shoppe down the road clsoed up... Never going here again

This business has the worst ethics and customer service I’ve ever dealt with plus they refused to refund my money for a order I had to harass them for almost a month. Would never EVER shop there EVER again!!!

We've been customers for 16 years and continue to greatly appreciate the excellent offerings and customer service from The Vitamin Shoppe. Also, its own Vitamin Shoppe brand is of superior quality — we use a number of supplements such as the Fish Oil Smoothie. And, the pricing and sales are the best out there, especially for the quality of the brands the company carries. The customer service in the stores has always impressed us; the knowledgeable and personable staff always make time to answer questions and offer suggestions without being pushy. The few times we've had to return items was easy and comfortable. Lastly, love the points and end-of-the-year loyalty gift towards purchase based on what you've spent that year.

I had never experienced such a bad customer service I have only bought two item at vitamin shoppe and so disappointed never shipping here again.

I order wrong, 3 hours later I chat live and request cancel.
Someone named Aya said don't help me. they work very absurdly if you order wrong you will have to accept the damage, without any help at all.
