Took much longer than expected. Finally delivered Sept 30

The staff called us to make sure we were ordering the correct certificate so we wouldn’t waste the money we had paid. This was rare because they genuinely cared about customers they didn’t even know and were not greedy enough to simply take our money. If we had ordered the wrong certificate, we would have had to place another order and pay another fee.

She explained the difference between the two certificates, and we realized that we actually needed the other one. So, we canceled the first order, received a refund, and then ordered the correct certificate. No money was wasted.

Although you needed more info from me I got the six notarized and you quickly got the birth certificate to me. Very confident in your company. Thank you

I was so happy to receive my order. I had been stressed when I found I needed it to renew my drivers license. I also appreciated the extra help I got when it called you help number when I realized that I made a mistake. Thank you for providing this service

My document was delivered quickly

I’m very unsatisfied with how this was handled. I paid over $50.00 , but I still had to wait over a month to receive my package, and was told I’m not entitled to a refund for the extra money I spent to have it delivered in days versus weeks. So again, I’m very dissatisfied, and I hope I never have to use your service again.

I got my birth certificate from out of state and it really didn't take long. Very cool.

Vitalchek is not fast, it is not expeditious, and it is over priced. I paid $79.50, believing I would get my Birth Certificate quickly. After receiving confirmation, it would end up being longer than 90 days to receive it. The moment I realized this, I submited the same information to the local state records for vital statistics, which cost me $10, and I had my birth certificate in a week. I called to get a refund today, which is 45 plus days later, and I get a msg that it is being submitted by end of business day. I spoke with a rep, and theescalation dept, they say it is in NYS and is being processed. It's a huge scam. Do the work yourself, its cheaper and quicker, and who knows if I will truly ever receive it through VitalChek. Huge waste of your time and money.

It was very efficient and easy

Easy request and quick delivery. The hardest part was getting the info from the county and state websites. Vital Chek needs to market themselves.I was unsure if Vital Chek was a scam. So I checked in multiple ways and wasted time before following the link.

The application process is easy on-line. The site is pretty user friendly. I received the document much faster than stated on the application.
