Extremely Disappointing Experience with VisaHQ's Premium Service
I recently engaged VisaHQ's premium service and found the experience to be profoundly unsatisfactory. Despite the additional cost for what is marketed as a premium service, the process required me to independently upload all my documents prior to the assignment of an agent. The assistance provided thereafter was minimal, consisting of infrequent and often untimely email communications.
Communication from the assigned agent, Arthur Paczka, was particularly deficient. Emails were frequently sent after regular business hours, and during critical periods—such as the day before my submission and immediately after—Arthur was unresponsive. This lack of availability during key moments was exceedingly frustrating and unprofessional.
Contrary to Arthur's assurances that my documents had been thoroughly reviewed, I was informed at the visa center that they were inadequately prepared. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about the quality and reliability of VisaHQ's service. Furthermore, I was unexpectedly required to produce additional documents and incur an additional fee of €196.38, on top of the €221.40 I had initially paid, which had not been disclosed upfront.
Arthur's insistence on obtaining an employment letter, despite the submission of my permit, further exemplifies the lack of proper guidance and understanding of the visa requirements. For a service advertised as premium, I anticipated comprehensive and efficient support, yet the reality fell significantly short of this promise.
Given these numerous issues, I believe a reasonable reimbursement is justified. I would strongly advise against using VisaHQ's services based on my experience and will escalate this matter if it is not resolved to my satisfaction.
