This is a completely garbage company

This is a completely garbage company. I cannot access my account. It's been blocked, I have no idea why. I cannot contact anybody there by any means. There is an AI fire wall that is impossible to get through, anytime, anyday, whrher by phone or other means. My Name is Mark Stableford and I have an account with you that is completely up to date, but you have blocked access to my account. It is dangerous to give out my name on a public site like this but what else can I do? why have you blocked access to my account???????????

Is there a reason you are blocking websites that provide VPN? What gives you the right to block vpn when it is legal in the UK?

Engineer call out to fix problem with WiFi.

I had an engineer called Nelu (ID - 87637) come out this morning to my flat. I had an overall great experience as he was so friendly and sweet. Even my normally crazy high energy dog greeted him calmly and laid with her chin on his lap wanting his strokes. He found and fixed my problem quickly, even with how awkward it was it being a small flat. I highly recommend Nelu. Brilliant customer service.

I am very pleasantly surprised at the excellent value of my service

The technician Juliette was absolutely professional and very personable. She was brilliant in keeping things simple for me to understand. She is a credit to Virgin media. The connection was made in no time at all, hassle free. I have also contacted Virgin Media customer service about the initial bill. The person on the phone was extremely efficient and very helpful. So far I am delighted with the purchase of broadband, tv and land line.

Absolutely appalled, utter shambles!

Absolutely appalled at the service I got and I'm an irritated customer! I booked a home move and broadband reinstall last week. Your engineer was booked for last Wednesday 6 May to fix my broadband connection at my Milton Keynes address. He never turned up and I wasn't notified this wasn't going to happen. All week, I've spent most of my time calling, trying to get my broadband package activated. Most of the persons including a complaints manager did not appraise of my situation . I'm a hybrid worker, with strict deadlines to meet, projects to deliver on schedule and I've failed to meet these deadlines because the company failed to rectify a very simple issue! I've lost 2 clients, received unfavorable performance feedback from bosses and noone who can help has apologised or tried to find a way forward for me. I'm now 9 days into a new week, at a new house without a service I pay for! I'm cancelling my contract if this issue isn't sorted on Monday!
