All of the staff are really nice and welcoming and the surgeons are great also. Sean who did my consultation was also an extremely nice person and made me feel comfortable within the first few seconds of walking through the door, couldn’t have had a better person to welcome me. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a hair transplant.

I had a fantastic experience with Vinci Hair Clinic from start to finish. The technicians were friendly, professional, and highly skilled, and the doctor was excellent, taking the time to answer my questions and put me at ease. Everyone made me feel genuinely welcome, and the procedure itself was a great experience.

The aftercare and follow-up have also been excellent, with plenty of support throughout the process. I'm now eight months on, and the results are looking really promising. I'm very happy with my experience and would happily recommend Vinci to anyone considering a hair transplant.

I had my transplant procedure with Vinci Manchester in July 26 & I was incredibly happy with the service. Prior to the surgery day I spoke with multiple team members including Neil who explained exactly what kind of procedures they could offer, what I should expect on the surgery day and what kind of follow up care I would receive. As a result I arrived without any worries and feeling confident about the day.

On the procedure day itself I was met by Neil along with some of his colleagues and introduced to the surgery team. Dr Lurii lead my pre-op consultation - he wanted to know the reasons behind the transplant and ultimately what my expectations were. He then helped to design my new hairline which was done with precision. The final decision was down to me and I was happy with the design.

Dr Lurii then carried out the first part of the procedure which was creating over 3000 channels in my scalp, ready for the transplanted hair. The surgical team then extracted the grafts from the donor area and implanted them into the channels. I was comfortable for the whole day (the team topped up my anaesthetic when requested) and I even watched Jurassic Park while the hairs were being implanted.

10 days later and I’ve already had a surgical follow up from Dr Lurii (which came the next day) and a couple of calls from Neil to help me through my post op instructions. Most of the scabs are now gone & I can really see what my new hairline will look like going forwards.

I waited just over a year before writing this review because I wanted to see the final results, and I couldn’t be happier.

From my very first conversation with Axel, I felt I was in safe hands. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and never made me feel pressured. He answered every question I had and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the procedure.

Having the transplant in London was also a huge advantage. It made everything so much more convenient and accessible, which really helped take the stress out of the whole experience.

On the day of the procedure and throughout the aftercare, I felt genuinely well looked after. The team were professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

Now that the results have fully developed, I can honestly say they’ve exceeded my expectations. My hairline looks completely natural, the density is fantastic, and the boost in confidence has been priceless. Friends and family regularly comment on how good it looks, and most people have no idea I’ve even had a transplant unless I tell them.

Choosing to have a hair transplant is a big decision, but looking back it’s one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. A huge thank you to Axel and the entire team for making the whole experience so positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Pre procedure was very good, Sean co ordinated the whole thing very well, always replies to messages and calls back when you ask, nice chap, met in person also.

Price very competitive no complaints

Day of procedure was also very good, Dr lurri was a nice chap and his team were also professional and they went above my expectations of what I expected that day. Clinic itself very nice, clean and modern.

Post procedure Vinci and Sean have stayed in contact, so far so good and would recommend this clinic.

Had a 3200 FUE in March 2026.. from the first meeting with Axel, the assessment by Dr Amoha and the actual procedure the journey was well explained and the results 4 months in are more than encouraging. Everyone in the Vinci team took the time to make sure the proposed hairline was appropriate and the whole operation went smoothly. As others have written the anaesthetic to the scalp is not pleasant but a very necessary part of the program. I stopped in unannounced to Harley Street to show them the process, and Dr Amoha was only too happy to have a quick unscheduled look to confirm that the transplant looked in great shape. This company is amazing I had my hair transplant at the vinci london clinic and the service and care was fantastic just simply wonderful the technicians did a incredible job with the implantations and Dr Ben was amazing to he gave me all the answers I was looking for about my new density I will achieve which will be high, also consultant Neil mcaleese has been incredibly brilliant with helping me with getting the best deals and realistic outcome and gave me hope in getting my dream full head of hair the previous clinic I went to for my first surgery wasnt close to being as good as vinci, I highly recommend vinci hair clinic london a very fabulous clinic

My experience with this company has been frustrating from start to finish. While a few staff members were polite, others were unhelpful and failed to address my concerns. I spent months trying to get my issue resolved, but communication was poor and I kept receiving delays instead of solutions.I expected much better customer service, especially after raising the same problem multiple times. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling ignored and disappointed. Based on what I went through, I would not recommend this service.

I am 8 months post opp and the results have exceeded my expectations. The entire experience from start to finish was sublime. I now have a full head of hair. If you worried it will hurt it doesn’t. If you are worried about what you will look like during the recovery you can just wear hair really short after 2 weeks. THE WORDS DO NOT EXIST TO DESCRIBE HOW MUCH THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. I booked a consultation expecting a professional experience, but it was disappointing from start to finish. The appointment began well behind schedule, and there was no explanation or update while I waited.The consultation itself felt rushed and unprofessional. The setting did not inspire confidence, especially considering the cost of the procedure. I expected a clean, organized, and professional environment, but it fell far short of those expectations.I was also told I would receive a treatment quote later that day, but several days passed without any follow-up. I eventually consulted another clinic, where the process was far more professional and I received my quote promptly.Based on my experience, I would recommend researching other options before committing.

I made an initial enquiry to learn more about the service, but after deciding to book my procedure with another clinic, I informed them of my decision. Despite this, I continued receiving frequent phone calls and messages encouraging me to book with them.I expected my request to stop further contact to be respected, but the communication continued. The experience felt excessive and became frustrating. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before sharing their contact details.

From the initial contact to post op care, I can only praise the Vinci Manchester team. From my first consultation with Neil I was put at ease and informed exactly what to expect throughout the process and beyond.
On the day of the procedure Dr Lurri and all staff were informative, friendly and the whole process felt personal and well organised.
I can say the process wasn't at all as daunting as I thought it would be and in fact I nearly fell asleep in the chair towards the end of the procedure.
The post op care has been great and I was provided with all information and a schedule to help this process, so I felt all the way through like I knew what to do next which was very reassuring.
I am on 9 days post operation at the time of writing this but I am happy already with the results and people have commented about how good it looks already.
Looking forward now the coming months, but I would 100% recommend if you are looking for a professional UK based hair clinic Vinci Manchester, Dr Lurri and the team are experts in their field.

It’s now 3 months post-op, so I know it’s still early and I can’t comment on the final result, however, An uneven hairline is not going to change and wanted to share my experience with Vinci.

I arrived at 8am and was told my surgeon was running slightly late due to train delays, which I had no issue with as it was only around 10–15 minutes. However, once she arrived, everything felt very rushed.

When the surgeon first drew the hairline, I immediately raised concerns about the shape and symmetry. I was told: “Let’s do the extractions and we can sort it later.” During the second part of the procedure, I brought it up again. From her tone, I could tell she wasn’t happy I mentioned it again, but she reassured me she would fix it.

As you can imagine, the minute after surgery I looked in the mirror and could already see the hairline was so uneven. (10mm difference from one side to the other) I was extremely disappointed and raised it again, only to be told by the surgeon: “I also have an uneven hairline.” That honestly wasn’t what I wanted to hear after my procedure.

It took me 3 years to build up the confidence to finally get a hair transplant, and in the last few months dozens of people have commented on the unevenness of my hairline, which has been heartbreaking. I just wish they had taken more time to listen to my concerns during the procedure.

Maybe I was naïve, but I genuinely thought going to a Harley Street clinic would mean a premium experience and greater attention to detail.

The supporting staff were lovely throughout, so this is not directed at them at all. I’m just really disappointed with the surgeon and wish Vinci would take more ownership and accountability regarding what I believe is a poor hairline/transplant

Had my first ever consultation for my hair transplant. Sean made me feel welcomed and at ease with all the information he provided. Talking through the process before, on and after the procedure. It made me feel like I’m in good hands with Vinci Hair. Managed to fit me in, even after messing around with times. Thank you again, Sean! Can’t wait to get booked in.

From the start to the finish, Vinci hair clinic were amazing. Neil McAleese was my consultant and he was friendly, helpful, informative and organised. On the day of the transplant, friendly staff greet you in a fabulous reception, putting you at ease. During the process you are made comfortable and looked after. Other than the injections, it was painless. I thoroughly recommend Vinci and their committed and friendly staff.

Had a really great experience at Vinci Hair Clinic in London. I was pretty nervous going in, but Dr. Ben and his team were genuinely reassuring and made the whole process easy. The clinic is incredibly clean and professional, which instantly gave me peace of mind about the clinical side of things. Honestly, the main thing is that the results have been brilliant. It’s rare to find a place that matches high hygienic standards with actual, noticeable outcomes, but they absolutely nailed it. Really glad I chose them.

Had a consultation with Sean at Vinci Clinic almost 3 months ago and honestly I haven’t regretted a single decision. I finally decided to start finasteride and minoxidil after wanting to do something about my hair for ages, but I was always unsure until I met Sean. After speaking with him it was an instant “yeah let’s do it” moment.
