Eric as you will see if you look at the survey sent it was for customer service not the product. A product review request comes ata later date. This was just for your buying experience.

Bruce this is not intended to increase size it is to achieve better erections. No pill can increase size. Please see Proextender if you wish to increase size.

The website is great and customer support is spot on! I've dealt with similar companies and couldn't even talk to a person. Not only did VigRX answer the call, they were able to address all of my questions. I'm very pleased.

Sorry to hear you are unsatisfiedNeil . Please keep in mind as shown in the study it can take up to two months to achieve best results. You have not taken this product nearly long enough at 1 week. This is a natural product and takes time to build in your system. It is not an instant cure that you take on demand such as a pharmaceutical. Also remember to use the full two months that we allow under the guarantee. You can use two months and if still not happy send back the empty boxes 67 days and any additional extra full boxes fora full refund. If you would like to try another product I can send you a 20% off coupon as well. Just contact customer service and I will be sure you get it.
Great customer service and very helpful.
