Absolute Rotzbude. Shirts in gleicher Größe fallen vollkommen unterschiedlich aus, eins taugt maximal als Crop-Top. Ein L-Pulli fällt aus wie S. Und dann akzeptieren die die Rücknahme nur, wenn man denen ihren Müll als Paket für 15€ nach Spanien (!) schickt. Bevor ich das mache, fackel ich die ganze Lieferung von der Drecksbude lieber ab.

Llega la camiseta manchada de tinta que intentamos " solucionar vuestro marrón " limpiando en lavadora. Nos respondeis que no admitis la devolución por haberla lavado. ¿ Es que pretendéis endosarla a otro inocente comprador?, ¿ Es por eso que una camiseta lavada con tinta que ha salido de vuestro almacén ya no vale?, para qué no vale ahora?, no valía antes de enviarla. Me habéis cobrado una camiseta más portes que es para tirar. Solucionar vuestro mal proceder y no actueis como mafiosos.
Quiero la camiseta que he pagado o el dinero LEGAL y NO DEFECTUOSO que he pagado.

Soy cliente habitual, sigo la marca desde hace tiempo. Suelen hacer descuentos muy interesantes en época de rebajas!

Compré varias camisetas, me llegaron super rápido y me quedan genial. Buena calidad y buen diseño.

Ordered in total 3 t-shirts from them, the cotton shirts were nice and of good quality but the one made of viscose and elastane (found as "Marinero" in their inventory) was something else. Tried to take it off once when wet and it tore to shreads like wet paper. No previous holes or tears on the shirt, company gave no refund. My advice is to stick to the cotton shirts or avoid completely. Their customer service is quite quick to answer, props for that at least.

I bought a hoodie and T-shirt from Viento Clothing and quality is terrible. My 8 years Nike hoodie looks like new to compare it with Viento hoodie after 1 month.

DO NOT BUY. I bought something 2 months ago and have recieved nothing. Emailed them and Facebook messaged them and they don't reply at all. I'd check out how genuine this company is

Worst customer service. They are lack of common sense.
I’ve ordered 3 items. I had to return 1 to change the size (I paid the postage fee, but it’s fine as it’s in their t&c.) Before they send the new item, they wanted to charge me with 6.99 euros postage fee. I wanted to add one more item to it, so I checked their website and the postage supposed to be for this 2 items 4.99 euros. They claimed that it’s a different transaction, fees etc.
Anyway, I chose not being fooled and I told them that in this case I prefer to cancel both items.
How stupid (I’m sorry) way of thinking from a business losing a customer plus an ongoing order for 40 euros, just to charge extra postage fee??!
I regretted so much that I have even ordered from them anything. Good luck in future, hopefully this way of thinking will help during these hard times...

Ordered 3 t-shirts at Viento clothing. International delivery was quick. Size was perfect, fabric and prints seem sturdy.
However the first day I wore 1 of the t-shirts, a small part of the seam on the left side opened up, leaving a small hole of +/- 5 cm.
I wrote Viento clothing about this and got a quick response. They acknowledged this as a manifactionering fault, were very polite and professional and gave me several options to compensate for this.
This is perfect customer service, a lot of companies could learn from. I always say the quality of a company is defined by how their customer service handle complaints, because mistakes can always happen. If this was an exam then Viento clothing aced it.
Keep up the good work and the bad-ass designs!
