Victoriana Nursery Gardens Anmeldelser

Victorian Nursery provide such healthy happy plants! Especially love the recycled packaging. I can often find rarer plants with VN that I can’t find elsewhere… especially old school culinary and herbal plants.

Ancho Chile arrived in great shape and well packaged with recycled paper. Potted on straight away and growing beautifully.

Really efficient service thankyou and plants are in good condition , very happy 😊

Excellent experience. Plants are very strong & sturdy well labelled, good pots. Arrived on time, well packaged with enough moisture to "keep them as fresh as possible". I am more than pleased with the plants and the service from the company. I WILL CERTAINLY be purchasing from Victoriana Nursery again.

Great online garden centre with a great selection of seeds and plants. Goods arrive quickly, well packed and in great condition.

Excellent company with outstanding customer service. Plants were delivered healthy, a good size and within the timescale given. I had some questions about planting and sent a message asking some questions over the weekend. I got a reply immediately with comprehensive answers and advice on planting out my plugs.
Plants are competitively priced and delivered well packaged. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend this company.

I wasn't happy with the original plant supplied so complained, but they supplied another free of charge at no cost, I do feel guilty as the first plant is now growing away all be it a lot slower. Would highly recommend the Victoria Nursery for plants.

Plants arrived super healthy and very lovingly packaged. Great customer service. I had to amend my order soon after initial purchase and it was handled excellently. Very Happy to have found an online nursery I can now repeat buy from.

I asked Victoriana to delay dispatching my small order of small plants so I could be at home when they arrived. This was followed to the letter!!

I then watched a couple of great instructional videos produced by Steve (and Milly with the string!) which has completely demystified tomato plant growing!

I have ordered from Victoriana before and received wonderful, heritage seedlings and seeds. Such a brilliant company.

Items arrived ontime and well watered/packaged
Great quality plugs
Thank you

This is my third purchase from Victoriana and I have been delighted with the plants. My most recent order was lost in the post, but was quickly replaced by the company. Great plants and lovely customer service, would highly recommend.

Would give no stars if I could.
Rude, unhelpful, poor quality plants
Avoid at all costs

Very poor results with Victoriana Nursery seeds.

8 weeks, heated greenhouse, fresh seed compost, kept hydrated:

Snow White tomato - 3/10 germinated
Ghost tomato - 4/10
Yellow pear tomato - 3/10
Indigo tomato - 2/6
Gartenperle tomato - 6/10
Delight tomato - 0/10
Mouse Melon - 0/10
Taxi courgette - 4/10
One ball courgette - 2/10

Highly disappointed with their performance

15 plants delivered in excellent condition, and regular updates on the status of my order. All planted....up to mother nature now. Many thanks, highly recommended.

Ordered some geraniums and they are thriving. Such a shame to see negative reviews when my experience has been perfect.

I personally wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I have purchased some plants from this nursery before and as they are thriving and doing well I ordered again and am once again so pleased with how healthy the new plants I just received are, how well they were packaged and how quickly they arrived. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Wow.
Exceptionally bad quality, packing and plants. Stay well clear as other reviews depict.
Have the plants look dead and the other half badly damaged.

Will not be using this company again.

I have bought some bare root strawberry plants. They have arrived promptly and 22 days later they are thriving! I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews, I have never had any issues with Victoriana Nurseries.

Bought artichoke plants. When I opened them, they had rotted to nothing. They said it was my fault for not unpacking them soon enough. It is possible they had a point but their emails were brusque to the point of rudeness. I asked could we compromise on replacements. They point blank refused. I don't really understand how businesses like this stay alive. I would advise against using them because they are incapable of reflection, compromise or goodwill.

I’m so glad I didn’t read the reviews before placing my order. I ordered an apple and a cherry tree, and both arrived healthy, well-packaged, and in great condition. The apple tree even had some buds on it, which will hopefully produce fruit this year. The prices are very reasonable compared to other nurseries, and I will definitely be ordering more from this store. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience after seeing some of the negative ones.
