Just had my VW camper in for a habitation service, solar panel and to look at squeaking in the pop up roof. Staff were extremely helpful, everything was done all in a day which made my life easier as I had come from Essex. I would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Nothing was to much trouble for the team and they endeavour to fulfil all your need's helping you on the way. Their communication by phone or email was tops which is certainly more than other companies! Thank you for helping us begin our new adventure 😀 we would highly recommend Venture 👍🏼

Exceptional service, from the moment we arrived right through to taking delivery. Everything was clearly explained and well-explained. And (as a novice) no question/concern seemed too much trouble. Equally though, it was a relatively relaxed process; as a customer it felt like we were buying an experience not 'just' a vehicle. Never pushy (recognising the quality would sell the product), it felt informal and nothing was rushed. Finally, very friendly and kept in-touch throughout the process. Can't say enough about these guys (Darren and Dave).

Dave and the team couldn't have been more flexible & accommodating, working through a long list of my very specific requirements for my new camper van to get it ready for collection. Good communication and friendly approach. Thank you.

I purchased a campervan from Ben & Mark 5 years ago and it has been fantastic, I recently spoke to Mark to discuss a small damp problem I had in my elevated roof, Mark immediately made an appointment for me with Ben at the service department who checked my van over a 3 day period and found no major problems, This was all done on good will basis with no charges,
I cannot praise them enough for a fantastic after sales service.

I purchased a brand new caravan from Venture Caravans on 8th April 2022. I paid over £1000 to have motor movers fitted and bought a new battery to ensure that the movers could function. One of the motor movers has never worked. It is looking likely that I will go through this year's season without the use of the mover. Although it could be bad luck that the mover decided to stop working during the journey home, I feel that the mover should have been demonstrated during the handover so that the problem could have been identified and resolved earlier.

Really superb Customer Focus from everyone in the Service Department. Special thanks to Ben Marks, Reception Staff etc. We had a few challenges with recent issues but an excellent annual service and outcome to our other issues. You all went the extra mile for us and were always helpful and understanding.

Away at Brighton CMC in our year old from new Porto Alicanto Grande. The Alde heating panel mysteriously failed late on a Friday. Could not contact Alde as shut for the weekend. First thing on Monday contacted Alde who agreed a warranty claim should be submitted via Venture Caravans. The efficient Steph at Venture Caravans Hitchin UK, sorted the application warranty claim there and then. Alde sent out the new panel the same day and arrived the very next day at the site where we are staying at (as we are here for the next 10 days). All working wonderfully fine now. A Big thank you for the team at Venture Caravans who have always been helpful with any question or problem hence this is our third Caravan from them. Once again thank you including Alde UK.

I've never owned a caravan before (and knew very little about them), and this is the most expensive thing I've ever actually paid for in full so it's fair to say I was pretty nervous finding and buying mine. All I can say is that I'd never buy a caravan/motorhome from anywhere else. These guys are honest, helpful, trustworthy and of the small things that have gone wrong in my van (it's a 2009 after all) they've been dealt with quickly with perfect repairs covered by the warranty with no quibbling. Highly recommend!

Buying your first VW campervan is a massive decision and Venture Caravans provided a very professional and knowledgeable service to us so that we were confident that the vehicle was right for us at a competitive price. All the features on the vehicle were clearly explained to us, minor concerns were quickly and efficiently resolved and the pre-delivery video was concise and very informative. I would certainly recommend Venture Caravans to others and confident that if post-delivery queries do occur that they will respond in a friendly responsive manner.

Iooked after me well on the purchase of my fresh caravan, the price was reasonable and everything I requested to be done was done to a good standard. Traveled quite a long way to get van I wanted can honestly say it was worth the trip, would deal with them again if the need arose that says it all!

Good buying experience and very satisfied with our purchase (Bailey Pegasus Rimini caravan). Only slight issue was the lack of feedback from our quality issues, ie missing fridge shelves, although this is not a Venture problem but a Bailey problem. On the other hand the issue of a small dent in the region of the roof seal still concerns me, no follow up received!!
