I ordered several items. Three arrived damaged.
One order got lost in the mail and they were going to send me a replacement for the vegetable peeler. Which I never did receive. This happened in June. It is now the end of August and I haven’t received the replacement but my card got charged for those items twice. It’s definitely set up as a scam I will not order from this company again. It’s been so long that I’ve lost track of dates but I did call them back in June And nothing has happened so far

There is no way for this company to "improve"as you suggest I write about in my review. They are clearly set up as a scam operation. Cheap ill fitting defective merchandise. You are then bombarded with AI generated OVER the top polite emails, asking you to describe the problem, send photos etc...all ridiculous waste of your time. They dont refund your money. They dont even give back the partial refund you agree to because the postage to send back to a China address is more than what you paid! And, your credit card company won't help you either. They just bat the issue back and forth while you waste your time sending them documentation...they clearly dont read. Deal with Amazon or local companies. Buy made in the USA, pay a little more but get something decent for your money.

Orders placed before 23 hours at night would be shiped that same day. Great!

I didn’t receive my purchase yet but the whole procedure since I saw the advertisement and went through the process was extremely easy and effective with a great follow up

The very first thing I really should have noticed right away is when their website claims to have a 4.7/5 rating based on 29,013 reviews with Trustpilot, when in reality they have a 3.5/5 based on 15 reviews! How in God's name do you make this up?

I ordered (2) Eco-Friendly Lawn Seed Sprayer on July 3rd, received on July 23rd. Contacted them right away that the sprayers are damaged because of the careless way they packaged them and the treatment bottles are not as many as pictured on the website. It showed 24, we received 1. False advertisement!

At first it seemed like they were really wanting to work with me, but I haven't heard back from them for over 5 days now how they intend to rectify the situation.

I emailed again today after trying the product for the first time this afternoon. Water sprays out in every direction of the handle. The bottle doesn't fit properly in the handle/sprayer and it dropped spilling all my grass seed in one spot on the ground. My email included a video how horrible this product is and let them know we are no longer interested in replacements or anything, but a full refund.

I paid $134.89 for something that's completely useless. I'll be continuing to email them now on a daily basis requesting a refund. If no satisfaction within the week, I'll be in touch with my credit card company for a charge back. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate getting scammed and/or ghosted.

UPDATE: August 15, 2026: The last correspondence received from Velorea was to ship it back ... not to the New York address they use on the website or the Elk Grove Village, IL address which was on the mailing label, but to China ... at MY expense. It would cost me over $350 to do so. They offered me a 25% credit and keep the product that's absolute garbage.

Needless to say, I called my credit card company after exhausting every possibility for this company to make things right. The credit card company returned my funds in full due to lack of return policy transparency.
