My delivery was lost by the courier, however after contacting Velo, they promptly sent it out again, including a free pack as a gesture of goodwill. Quick and easy solution.

unfortunately did not receive the original order due to evri losing the parcel, contacted customer service and in one day the have send a replacement. been with velo for over a year now and this was a first time i encountered any issues, and they were quickly fixed

Resolved delivery issues
Velo customer service are always excellent. I have been ordering from them for a couple years and had my second issue with Evri either losing or not actually delivering my order. This time I had a very quick and responsive email chain with Aferdita B. On both occasions Velo have been able to very quickly look into the issue and send a replacement order which is top notch given it's not really their fault that the product never made it to me.
I would suggest using another courier but given they consistently re-send the order it's not a massive problem.

Missing Order
Order placed as part of my subscription was lost by the delivery company (Evri). Spoken with the customer services at Velo (Karen B.), as it was impossible to speak to an actual human at Evri. Karen has been great and without batting an eyelid sent me a complimentary order, with few additional tins as a gesture of goodwill. Great customer satisfaction recovery, even though it wasn't Velo's fault!
