J'ai utilisé des bandes de cires Easy gel, l'expérience n'a pas été concluante.
Le tour des bandes est trop étroit, et donc les doigts se collent à la cire, vos doigts deviennent à leur tour collants et donc l'utilisation est très fastidieuse et désagréable.
L'efficacité de l'arrachage des poils n'est pas non plus optimale.
Je prends le temps de contacter le service client 0169931950, et là clou du spectacle, plutôt que d'être à l'écoute, on veut vous prend pour une demeurée ...
J'avais l'habitude d'utiliser une autre marque, qui en plus est moins chère, et je n'avais vraiment pas ce genre de soucis.
Je vais retourner sans aucun regret à mes anciennes habitudes et, vu la plus que piètre qualité du service client, éviterais dorénavant les produits de la marque !!!

I used Easy gel wax stripes and the experience was most disappointing! The paper around the wax is far to narrow and then fingers get sticky with wax when taking the stripes off. Efficiency is very poor, as is the customers service. I rang them and got the feeling I was being treated as mentally diminished for not appreciating their product...I used to buy a cheaper brand, whiwh was more efficient,and will do so again. Never Veet again!

Absolutely appalling. I have just bought this item. ONLY NOW do I discover you cannot buy the replacement heads. I can only use it twice..and that's it, in the bin. Disgusting..I will not buy their products again EVER!! COMPLETE CON

Product was great until you have used it twice and can no longer get the replacement blades. Very disappointed.

Disgusted! How dishonest can you be? How can they continue to sell a product that they have discontinued the refills for. Having paid our £30 for a tool I can only use once VEET _YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!!!!

Veet dermablade refills no longer available. This is not good enough. Too expensive to use just twice and throw away. Very Eco friendly company -NOT.

VEET dermaplaning refills no longer available. I too had no response when I contacted their customer service e mail address. Poor service and NOT environmentally friendly. You essentially pay £20.00 for 2 x blades- and then have to replace with another device.

Dermaplaning refills are discontinued so device is now useless. Veet ignored my messages querying where to buy the refills - what is the point of still selling the dermaplaning kit now?!

Review is for VEET HAIR LIGHTENING CREAM that myself and my daughter use for bleaching the hair on upper lip area and arms. I had previously purchased from other retailers until I discovered I could buy direct from Veet website where it’s much better value. I ordered several packs and got free delivery which arrived the very next day, amazing service! Product itself works brilliantly as long as you have fine hair, and is very easy and pleasant to use. Just make sure you follow directions. It’s a shame to see so many negative reviews here, personally I cannot fault the product or service I received and would definitely shop on Veet website again.

I bought the Veet Dermaplaning kit about 6 months ago, really liked it. Went to get some refill blades to find out they have been discontinued. This is disgusting, you pay £20 or more for it, you get two blades which they say you have to change each time, so 2 treatments and then you can't buy any more blades.....Disgusting, feel like I have been conned.

It was terrible, gave me chemical burns and really bad rashes. Do not use.

Had a product from Veet. It would not function. Three times i have reported this via their online system - absolutely NOTHING. No response whatsoever! Terrible customer service, and now, terrible product!

I have used wax strips on my face before. I used the veet wax strips for ‘sensitive skin’ and ‘face’ for the first time and DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM. It has ripped 2 patches of skin off my face. A pharmacist has advised I am going to be left with a permanent scar from this. This is absolutely disgusting that such a highly respected company can cause this much damage to my skin. Wish I could leave a photo. DO NOT BUY VEET PRODUCTS

Veet continues to promote and sell their dermaplaning kit even though they do not sell the refills anymore. I emailed them about it, they agreed they no longer produce the refills and said they would look into removing it from their website. However, a week later they are still promoting the sales of this product. They are continuing to scam their customers for profit which is awful.

I brought veet wax strips an its reaction to my upper lip area is bad.DO NOT USE.

Shocking despite leaving it on for 10 minutes it removed nothing.
I ended up having to shave complete waste of money
I'll stick to nair as that works and is alot cheaper

I would give zero, be warned veet sensitive hair removal cream is dangerous, it left me with Burns on my legs and I had have medical treatment be warned

Hi, I have used Veet for a very long time and never had a problem until last week. I have used sensitive wax strips and developed a strong allergic reaction. I have tried to contact Veet by phone on numerous occasions without success! There is no email to approach them. I am not impressed with a lack of post-sales service & support (which I may have to put on other review sites to warn other potential customers). I thought that Veet will have a proper customer service.
New formula Veet may be just to dangerous for some individuals and Veet should be interested in those reactions!

I used this product on upper lip,2 days ago and it has burned my skin, I used it as recommended and intructed on pack.The moment I applied to upper lip It stung really badly ,I had to remove it after 1 minute ,god only knows what would have happened if I had left it on for ten minutes.Now the swelling has gone down I am left with red spots and crusts around the sore areas, what the hell is in this product? Veet for face should be banned if it has only caused this reaction in one person.There is no customer service e-mail,and the telephone number cuts off, I have written a letter to the company but anable to show a picture of my injury this way.DO NOT USE!!!
