I paid for the file not to download it for free, why do I have to wait 30 seconds and check the robot?? Please delete it now guys, I don't want to waste time waiting to focus on my work project. It's a shame for this experience. If you can't get rid of the waiting and captcha please refund me I will buy the package at vecteezy. Stay away from it if you have the same experience as me.

Svar fra VectorStock
Hi there,
I’m really sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with the download process, and I apologize that you didn’t receive an immediate reply from our support team. They will respond shortly.
The security measures we have in place are designed to protect our platform from abuse and ensure fair access for all users. Occasionally, this system might trigger a captcha if it detects unusual activity, such as multiple downloads in a short period of time. We’re continually working to fine-tune these systems to balance security with user convenience.
I understand your frustration and the desire to move to another service, and I hope we can address your concerns before it comes to that.

I've been using VectorStock for a source for graphics for over a decade. If they have what I need, the files are ALWAYS sharp and never need "clean up" work, unless I'm modifying the files to fit my design.
