Thanks for your review — we totally understand how this might have felt confusing and frustrating. It’s not nice to pay for something and then feel like it’s suddenly gone.

The good news is we can sort this out for you quickly 🙂 Just send an email to support@vectorstock.com from the email linked to your VectorStock account, with “MISSING CREDITS” in the subject line. One of our team members will make sure everything is corrected right away.

Just to clarify: Credits don’t expire, but after 12 months they need to be manually renewed due to an unavoidable accounting regulation. A couple of weeks before that 12-month mark, we send an email with a quick link to extend any unused Credits for another year. If that email is missed or filtered, it can look like the Credits have vanished — but they’re just inactive, and we can reactivate them for you at any point.

We’ve looked into your June 3rd payment request, and it is currently being processed by Payoneer. As noted in the payout email you received, the expected timeframe for transfers is up to 21 business days. While this timeline is set by Payoneer and not something we can control, we understand it can still be frustrating to wait.

Hi Jack,

I'm sorry to hear the file you downloaded didn’t have the transparent background you expected. That’s frustrating, especially if you need to use the image straight away. Let us help resolve this for you.

For purchased vectors, we offer a Vector Converter web app which can remove elements (like backgrounds) without the need of vector-editing software. You’ll find a link to this tool in your purchase confirmation email.

If that doesn’t work, feel free to message our friendly support team via our Contact page (https://www.vectorstock.com/contact). They can remove the background for you and send back an exported image in whatever format you need.

Finally, if there’s an issue with the file—or if you’ve simply changed your mind—just let the team know and we’ll be happy to refund your purchase.

As our content is created by independent artists, we don’t always have full control over how transparencies are handled. Sometimes an image may be marked as transparent, but technically isn’t—until we correct it. We’re always working to improve this process.

We’re really sorry to hear this—your experience sounds frustrating, and it’s absolutely not what we want for our customers.

It sounds like the file you received includes multiple layers. Artists sometimes combine these for preview purposes, but they’re usually easy to separate. You can do this using our Vector Converter app (linked in your purchase email), or we’d be happy to help—just email us at support@vectorstock.com and we can adjust the vector for you.

If the file still doesn’t meet your needs, we’re more than happy to issue a refund.

For future reference, our vector files work with most standard editing programs—not just Adobe—and we can also provide alternative formats (like bitmap) on request.

The good news is, we can easily recover your missing credits. Just log in and ask the Virtual Assistant on our Contact page (https://www.vectorstock.com/contact) to renew them, or email our team directly (support@vectorstock.com) — they’ll take care of it for you. Credits need to be renewed after 12 months due to accounting regulations, but we offer free 12-month extensions indefinitely.

We’re actively working to improve search results and reduce repetition across pages, so it’s easier to find the content you’re looking for. We hope you’ll notice improvements soon.

Hi Steven, we’re sorry to hear about the issue with the transparent PNG — that sounds frustrating. What you’re describing is something we’ve seen happen when the artist includes a checkerboard “transparency” background as part of the artwork itself. We know this can be misleading, especially when the file is advertised as transparent. 😣

There are a few things that might help:

1. Try opening the image in our Converter app – there’s a link in your post-purchase email (“Want to remove bits or make this image transparent?”). It lets you remove elements of the image before exporting it in any format.

2. Email our support team at support@vectorstock.com – they’d be happy to take a look at the vector and remove any background elements on your behalf.

3. If it’s not possible to export a truly transparent version, we’re more than happy to offer a full refund.
