Excellent communication. Very helpful and collaborative. The jacket came out beautifully and exactly as ordered. Seems it’s made of good quality materials and well constructed but the country of manufacture is not on the label (in fact, comes with no label at all which is something I would like to see, including confirmation of materials and cleaning instructions). Otherwise I’m happy with it so far upon initial inspection. Let’s see how well it lasts.

As promised. Design even better than I thought.

The quality of the jacket is excellent. Quilted enter line gives you that warmth that you would need on a cold day. The only weak link in the chain is the shipping. Even if you pay the extra fee to speed up the process , it still takes way too long.

The communication, especially from "Elaine" and her sending me Pics, to verify "that" " That is what I wanted". This eliminates confusion.

Speaking an robot for customer service is no good. They sent me a jacket without me approving the design. And now they jacket is too big and the wrong colors. They won't replace or return the jacket I spent $400 to create. Now they won't respond back. Im stuck with this expensive jacket.

Jacket was nice but they forgot to put on the year patch on the sleeve. All they would do was mail it to me. I asked for credit since I now I have to pay to have it put on. Their response was no, it would cost them too much. But I guess it’s ok for me to bear the cost of their mistake.

The jacket exceeded my expectations.

I’m really disappointed. I ordered two jackets for more than 500$. One was supposed to be a Christmas present ordered with a 50$ rush order fee to be on time. It was not. The team refund me but that does not replace a Christmas gift for my sister. The team is really nice but conversations are long. Probably because of the amount of people trying to order of course but when you need assistance it is slow. I wore my jacket one and one snap felt off. Nothing really important but for those kinds of expenses, you expect it to be perfect. Everything else is fine, the leather is perfect, the colors, badges,…

The jacket arrived dirty with a very bad chemical smell. I had to take it to get dry cleaned. Very disappointed!

The quality of work and the jackets used are top tier. Everyone loves my jacket but no one more than me. Thank You!!

Honest Review:
I was originally leaning toward a 2-star rating before receiving my jacket, mainly because the final proof I was sent showed the wrong color. I had selected a different color after requesting additional mockups with my logos, and the one sent to production wasn’t the final option I approved.

Since I couldn’t change the color myself in the design tool, I had to email Donn directly, and while they did send me updated mockups, somehow the wrong version still made it to production. I sent a follow-up email with screenshots, just hoping for a small discount due to the mix-up, but instead was told they could remake it and send it back through production.

With time running out before warm weather hits, I chose to just accept it so I could at least get a few wears in before winter ends.

All that said—I’m giving 4 stars because the jacket quality is honestly very nice, communication overall was solid, and shipping was decent. I’m still on the fence about using them for bulk orders in the future, but I appreciate the effort and professionalism throughout most of the process.

Great Christmas gift. Spectacular stitching and wonderful quality

I paid an extra $50 for rush shipping and it took almost 2 weeks longer than it was supposed to so my son didn't get his Christmas present until after Christmas. I reached out to customer service and wasn't even offered a partial refund on the shipping. The lettering on the back of the jacket isn't even even
