I used VanOne to help my sister move house from Holland to the UK. From the start they could not have been more helpful with all aspects of the move - esp the Logistics office team, helping inform us of the import process and paperwork required, and answering our millions of questions. Their service was seamless and the pick up and delivery all on time. Couldn’t recommend more highly .

Trustworthy, transparent and efficient.

I had to manage my move remotely (UK > Spain). Their very own Customer Portal made it easy to prep all documents for clearance. For any additional questions Lennart and Leona were there to help, who due to the nature of my move, I was in constant communication with. The pickup date was scheduled in advance, and the delivery was confirmed the day the van passed the border within 2,5 days later. All my things arrived safe and sound just as planned. Their driver was super nice. No scratches, no bumps. Apart from their unbeatable price, I'd recommend VanOne just for their excellent service as an International Moving Company. Thank you VanOne!

I definitely recommend VanOne as removal service. I moved from the NL to Italy. I was a bit concerned about it because I’ve seen some bad reviews but really I can’t find anything negative. Driver arrived perfectly on time , he was very nice to help me collecting everything (Rafal) . Perfect and quick communication with Leona, she was always available to help me with everything I needed. Driver also arrived perfectly on time at the delivery address! I’ve riceived a message and a call a couple of hours before the delivery time. I will use again VanOne as removal service. They really take care of your goods! Thank you again!

Moving can be stressful but not when doing it with VanOne, the logistics team (shout out here to Lennart and Leona) were excellent from start to finish. The price was clear and fair. We had a problem with Swiss customs but the team took the problem on and helped resolve it. Also a shout to Alexander the driver, very polite and a great help loading.

Couldn't be more happy with the service provided, got super fast replies from the team at VanOne and everything felt very professional and organized.
The driver Krzysztof was very helpful and kind, he spoke a bit of English but when we struggled we used Google translate so all was fine. The communication with his manager was immaculate - I recieved a phonecall to let me know where the van was the day after pickup and the estimated time frame according to that. When I missed the call on the day before the delivery I got a text message confirming the location of the van and the correct time for delivery. Van picked up my things at 4pm Thursday in Stockholm, Sweden and arrived near Cambridge, UK at 9am Sunday morning. Nothing broken and all still packed the same way as when he left. Nothing but good things to say about this service!

Friendly and very helpful driver who arrived to collect bang on the time they promised. communication with the office was also very good, Would happily use Vanone again.

It all went very smoothly, the van arrived on time and delivered on time. The driver was very helpful and polite. This is the second time I have used VanOne and I will use them again. I recommend this company for being reliable and trustworthy.

I cannot express how impressed we were with Van One, they made everything so easy, from the online portal to enable easy upload of all required documentation and payments, to even tracking your van's journey all the way to your front door. I highly recommend Van One to anyone we needs to move or ship you belongings from one country to another. Great people, great service and our driver was simply the best. Thank you.

We moved 10m3 of personal belongings from Italy to E.Sussex. We were kept informed throughout by the the logistics team which was very helpful and we would like to thank Lennart in particular who was excellent. The driver arrived at the expected time and helped with loading and although we understand that there was some problem with customs delivery was still on the day expected. Unlike some of the reviews the tracking app worked for us and we were able follow the van which we found very useful. The weather on the day of deliver was awful but the driver was really solicitous in making sure that the furniture and boxes were kept as dry as possible when unloading. If anyone gets Hakim as their driver they will be be fortunate.
Overall we were very pleased with the service from beginning to end

Great way to move. At least half the other quoted prices, meaning I could hire a full van and dictate exactly when I’d be moved. The driver was amazing. Customer support was excellent. Smooth and stress free. Thank you!

We relocated from the UK to the Netherlands. The paperwork was clearcut and straightforward. We ended up ordering a 15m3 van to be sure we could specify a pick up time and, crucially, a delivery time as we weren't getting the keys to our flat until 2 days after pick up. Communication was clear with VanOne. Our driver showed up on time and was very efficient in packing. When they showed up at our new flat they were again punctual and efficient and helped us cram our mattress up those notoriously steep and narrow Dutch staircases!

Our things arrived in one piece (our only casualty was one wine glass). We had purchased our own furniture blankets and opted to wrap our soft furnishings in plastic to protect them, which I'd recommend regardless to keep things clean. All in all a good experience!

I had a superb experience with VanOne who transported my household effects to Switzerland. They were prompt to reply to my emails and the driver (Kamil) was very professional. I would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Have used VanOne twice. Cost effective and organized, I definitely recommend them.

We recently moved from London to Valencia for a new start in Spain and had been worried about moving our stuff abroad post brexit. Van one made the whole process super easy and our driver, Dorin, was absolutely fantastic. Loaded up the van in less than an hour and arrived in Valencia really fast! Happy to drop off when we asked and helped us load and unload with no fuss. It really is as simple as it sounds, man and a van! If we move again we will be requesting Dorin to drive. Super happy customers.

This is the second time I've used VanOne to move, and they have done a brilliant job throughout. Every issue was sorted fast and efficiently, and their logistics department were helpful from beginning to end (well done Luis and Lennart!). A special highlight of this time was the driver Nayden Atanasov, without whom I would have had serious back problems by now. He was very thorough in securing my boxes in the truck, and worked tirelessly when helping me carry them to my new flat. He made everything much easier and less stressful than it could have been. He is clearly someone who cares a lot about his work and does it very professionally.

I am giving two stars because the price was more competitive than other companies offer, but it came at a cost. The company enforces strict weight limits on the size of the move you book, and in my opinion this is a complete rip off. We booked a 10m³ move, but thanks to the weight limit (600 kg) we had to throw half our belongings away and in order to not exceed the 600kg we ended up with less than 5m³ worth of belongings. And we didn't even move any of our furniture! They let us know a few days prior to the move that our belongings would be collected on the second day of the three collection window they gave us, which is fine as such, except that they expected us to be ready to receive our goods at the destination the very next day, and as this was day 3 of the collection window they had given us of course we had booked our flights the day after and weren't at our destination yet to receive our belongings. Luckily we had family who helped us out, but they were completely unflexible with their delivery date even after explaining to them that we purposefully booked our flights on the first day after the collection window as we needed to be ready to collect on any of those 3 days. If not for our families, our belongings would have arrived without anyone there to accept them. The driver who came to collect our belongings also did not speak a word of English and we had to communicate with him using a translator app. He was very nice and polite however.

This score would have been a 5 star review except for the short notice given for collection. We were allocated a driver and advised of collection 2 hours before, luckily our family stepped in to ensure collection as we were on route to new house in Spain. Other than that though, the team at VanOne were very responsive and helpful whenever we contacted them. The paperwork to get our "stuff" through customs was very easy to fill out. Having got numerous quotes we are sure VanOne are the cheapest way to move to Spain. Thanks guys!
