Ik wacht sinds half december op make up van ze. Het staat sinds 1 december in Nederland te wachten om opgehaald te worden maar dit gebeurt niet. Ze reageren niet op mail, messenger, berichten onder hun filmpjes. Niets bij aanschaffen dus!

I love everything about Vani 💕 the pressed glitters are really as amazing as they claim to be, no smudging or creasing - my lids are a bit hooded and I was a bit nervous about how well it would stay put but it definitely passed the test! Looked incredible for hours and hours. Will definitely get more of them in different colours!
By the way, their customer care and comms are super duper lovely 💖💖💖💖💖

My order arrived blazingly fast and I’m utterly in love with my glitter palette. It’s the only glitter I use now. It slides on silky and smooth, stays put all night, and it’s just so so sparkly. In love!

Massive scam.

Absolutely beautiful glitter palette 😊. The glitter lasts all day, and I am constantly getting lovely comments and asked where I bought it. The service and delivery was excellent and the packaging so beautiful I had to keep that too! Just ordered another for my niece. Highly highly recommend.

I absolutely love your products! Im so glad they arent tested on animals and are non toxic! I have gotten so many compliments when I wear them. I feel like they express my inner, fabulous self -on the Outside! Love love love them!!

Lovely pressed powder with gorgeous shimmer! I ordered two colors and they are vibrant! Easy ordering and amazing communication from order to delivery. No issues at all. Highly recommend. Will definitely order again in the future.

I ordered a glitter palette and I love it! Shipping was fast and the palette is beautiful! Really vibrant colours and no fallout. No more buying an eyeshadow palette just for the glitter shade. These are amazing!

I recently got my order of pressed glitter palettes and all that I can say is SLAY!!!!!! The ease with which these go on is amazing and the pigmentation, sparkle and appeal of them is unmatched.

STILL NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL AND I HAVE SEND 3 EMAILS WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY RESPONSE. WILL I EVER GET MY ORDER?!?

I got 3 glitters and one pressed shimmer pigment. The pigment shimmer was good with good glide on and was cheaper than the other 3. The glitters however, were honestly awful. They are clumpy and dry and do not go on at all as shown. I asked to send the product back and they insisted i pay for the return with tracking only and bc they are in Canada the cheapest tracking shipping starts at 45 dollars! Just slightly more than the 3 glitters. So I guess I'm stuck with them but they lost a customer. Do not recommend their pressed glitters.

I love how quick the shipping is but more importantly I love the shades of eye shadow! I love the shimmer and longevity of the shades, they last all day!

I ordered on 27 of Juli and still didn’t receive anything!!!! After several weeks I tried to email them, or FB and Instagram… no response! It’s 6 December now…

Just got my glitter palette in the post. It was stunning. I swatched a few of the colours and they were definitely everything the company said they were. I live in the UK so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it arrived from Canada. Would absolutely buy again. Customer service was great as well.

This was the worst customer service experience of my life. I ordered one of their glitter products, waited for it to arrive for six weeks, it was never delivered to me.
I wrote multiple emails to their customer care, got vague and unclear responses got asked the same questions over and over again, but never given any resolution. I was never issued a refund for the product. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

I became aware of Vani through their social media. Always on the lookout for Canadian made cosmetics, so I ordered palettes. Very impressed with the quality and beauty of them. Clearly great thought and care goes into their products. Many compliments on my makeup. They offer a wide selection of shades with generous pans, well formulated and beautiful.

Ordered some makeup from them on August 25. Today is October 8 and I still have not received my make up. I have received the runaround from this company and I’m extremely upset. Hoping that PayPal will return my money because I no longer want the stupid make up and will not accept it when it gets to my door. That’s if it’s ever gets here.

Ordered the 4 pressed glitters. Fabulous product. So easy to use and super pigmented.

Delivery took around 5 weeks to the UK and I was starting to get a little concerned, but customer service was great. Worth the wait!

I have waited over 5 weeks to receive my items from vani cosmetic I spent over £75 please beware as I was sent the wrong tracking order number for my item. It's a good job I used PayPal to claim my money back they appear to have very poor customer service and are very slow to rectify the problem with my item .I don't think I'll ever shop here again they are not customer friendly!!!
