I ordered parts for my car from them, which didn't fit me. I returned them, paid for shipping, but they never gave me the money for the goods. No one answers emails, the worst company!!!!

First rate service. Vanarack were really helpful and totally understood what I was looking for, with purchasing additional roof bars for my van. I needed them delivered to a special location in Devon, and they arrived by courier the next day. I would highly recommend using them, and I will definitely use Vanarack again. 👍

Hi Jacek, this was delivered on the 30/06/23
Damaged roof rack
Rear module and roller of the roof rack was damaged I assume in transit I reported it to the company within 5 days after already receiving the items late, to be later told because I had already fitted them I would have to pay for the replacement parts although I never seen the damage until it was fitted to the vehicle...
Apparently that's there policy but it's not in writing anywhere?

For Return or Exchange you just need 3 things:
Your order number
Item's to be unused & unfitted & not built, in original packaging in a re-sellable condition
Your Returns Authorisation Number
Customer service as it should be
Problem with delivery of what I had order so the operator helped me choose a similar item that arrived the next day. Excellent service
