Hello Jerome,
Unfortunately, there had been a lock wave from Riot which resulted in hundreds of accounts being locked out. We have offered a free replacement to all our customers whose orders are within warranty period. If you haven't claimed a replacement previously, we are willing to waive the warranty period and provide you with a replacement. Thus, please join our LIVE chat support on website to claim your replacement.
Kind regards,

Very diligent customer service
I talked with Maira who was very helpful, I had some issues with the account already having the agents selected on multiple accounts and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It took some time, but everything got resolved in a reasonable fashion given the circumstances.
