Part delivered to wrong address and no solution provided!
Ordered some parts to Sweden, but they sent it to the Netherlands (my billing address). Despite clearly advertising 24/7 availability, they did not respond to my numerous emails and whatsapp messages until 4 days later. Thus it was too late to rectify the issue. Not that they planed to rectify it, their response after 4 days was that it was my fault. No other solution but suck it up or return for a refund. I live in Kenya and my wife was in Sweden this week, so they royally screwed me over with this one. I will NEVER use them again.. If things go south, they are not reachable and unwilling to help!
