Honest clear advice
Dean was very clear and provided honest advice throughout. He was approachable and easy to talk to, which made the process straightforward. Having dealt with him before, I appreciated his transparency and realistic recommendations when discussing the Audi A3. His professional and friendly approach stood out again, making it a positive experience. I’d consider returning to him for my next car.

I was disappointed with the customer…
I was disappointed with the customer experience during the handover of my BMW.
As this was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership, I was really looking forward to collecting it and making the occasion memorable. Unfortunately, the handover felt rushed and impersonal. The keys were simply thrown onto the table, and nobody asked whether I would like a proper key handover or whether I wanted any photographs taken with my new car.
I have seen other dealerships make this moment special for their customers, and I had hoped for a similar experience. I understand that every dealership has its own process, but I believe that basic courtesy, enthusiasm and attention to the customer experience are important, especially when someone is making such a significant purchase.
I left feeling disappointed rather than excited, which was not how I had imagined collecting my first car from a dealer. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively and help improve the experience for future customers.

Miss sold car?
Purchased a car from Luke on 9th August. Friendly guy and was eager for the sale. Managed to lower the price to what we were looking for. Drove the car home and the car was perfect for 5 days. On that 5th day, it broke down with a fault to the hybrid system. Had to be recovered to be fixed. 8 weeks on we still do not have the car back due to what is needed to be fixed. V12 are not interested and hold no responsibility or offered anything for the inconvenience of the miss sold car. Not even an apology. I wouldn’t use them again. Quick enough to take your money but not bothered in any after sales.

We would, however, like to clarify that we have not ignored the concerns raised or simply refused to take responsibility. When a fault is reported after the sale of a vehicle, we have a responsibility to investigate the reported fault properly and obtain sufficient evidence to understand exactly what has gone wrong and what is required to resolve it.
Following this process helps ensure that every case is handled fairly and consistently for everyone involved, while also ensuring that our customers’ statutory rights are respected throughout. With faults involving complex systems, particularly hybrid components, diagnosis and repair can unfortunately take time.
We are disappointed that you feel there has been a lack of after-sales support, as this is not the experience we want our customers to have. We recognise that being without a vehicle for an extended period is inconvenient and frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience this situation has caused.
We remain committed to dealing with reported faults appropriately and in accordance with our responsibilities, and we hope the necessary work can be concluded as soon as possible.

Problem Car Resolved Well!
We had an unfortunate problem with a car purchased from V12 which only became apparent only 8 weeks after purchase. Once the extent of the problem was established, Hayley Macleod was extremely helpful in working with us to find a solution and ultimately arranging an exchange for a Skoda Karoq.
Mia who did the handover, was, as always, absolutely fabulous, and Alex at Worksop did a great job looking after us on the day of the exchange.
We've now had the Karoq independently checked by our own trusted mechanic, including a full diagnostic check, and he's very happy with it — as are we.
Things don't always go perfectly when buying a used car, and for me the important thing is how a company responds when something does go wrong. V12 ultimately dealt with our problem fairly and made sure we came away with a car we're happy with. Particular thanks to Hayley for seeing it through from beginning to end.

Mixed bag of feelings
Mixed feelings about this. Although Harry was attentive and good , but Little pushy on their products which eventually made us to get their extended warranty and guardx. And don’t make our mistake of opting for their finance, your bank loan would always be ideal and better.
Although we took a bit more time and Harry was patient throughout the other person who intervened in mid conversation and told us to wait and put our sales person to a different client, he was unpleasant and rude.
Hand over process was seamless and very quick by Oliver.
Overall, the car prices are okay but service is a mixed bag.

This is the worst car-buying experience…
This is the worst car-buying experience I have ever had.
The video they sent me beforehand completely omitted multiple scratches on the car body and a cracked windscreen. Because I travelled from over 200 miles away, and it was pouring with rain during the test drive, it was impossible to spot these issues immediately.
Throughout the test drive, they kept rushing me. Yet right after, they spent nearly an hour hard-selling me various warranties, even though I had repeatedly and explicitly stated I was not interested. Perhaps because of this, after waiting for an hour for the final paperwork, I was told the staff member had completely forgotten to process my documents.In the end, they hurriedly threw my paperwork together right at closing time. The service history they provided was missing half of the records, forcing me to pay out of pocket to look them up online later myself. On top of that, the HPI certificate they promised was never handed over. Since then, I have sent three emails, and not a single staff member has followed up.
I strongly advise you to only buy from V12 if you are genuinely happy with this kind of appalling service.

They have very nice cars, and all appear to be honest cars. I've been in the motor trade 30yrs, and they instilled me with confidence to buy from them. Very friendly, and approachable. Tony one of the salesmen, is an absolute credit to that business. He went above and beyond to help me. Such a great bloke. Very knowledgeable. Handover was very good with Mia, again, perfect
Don't hesitate, if you're after a good car, these are the guys. Only reason for 4 stars, is, there was a little confusion to start with, as I wanted to buy the car just off the pictures. I found out, I've got to test drive it first, if this had been explained, it would be 5 stars, so very minor fault/detail. Other than that, just buy from them. I'm very happy with my car.
