I was looking for a replacement towel bar for a shower enclosure. I couldn't find it anywhere. I was so excited when I finally stumbled upon the US Parts Center website and located the piece I needed. Shipping was quick.

They had the right product
They had the right product, good technical help. They, unfortunately, sent it to someone else. Upon notification, they sent another one to me. Exactly what I needed.

They took my money and will not issue a full refund
I order two jets (Order 198591) from this company that they showed having in stock, and even showed the picture on their website. When the jets arrived, they were completely different jets. When I contacted the company they said "ALL of the 5 inch crossfire jets are Obsolete", so they chose to send me two completely different jets, that I did not order, nor need. Clearly a Bait and Switch.
When I returned the two jets they refunded the cost for the jets, but refused to refund my shipping charges even though they clearly advertised something they didn't have.
Do not order from this company or do any business with Rod Kidman as not only do they sell products they don't even have, but they will take money from you and only issue a partial refund and point to the "20% restocking fee" (make sure to check their return policy before ordering).
For reference, I was able to find all of the parts Hot Tub Outpost.
UPDATE: To the sellers response that they emailed me and I asked them to switch the jets: This is a bold face lie, I never got an email until I complained about receiving the wrong jets. A typical bait and switch.

FYI - quote from YOUR email - " I am not so worried if they are in stainless steel or gray. If you don’t have the replacements, can you recommend any another option that may work? It doesn’t particularly have to be a crossfire jet."
We certainly appreciate your comments however we emailed (we have a copy of your reply) you Greg about the change CMP made to their Crossfire jets and asked you prior to shipment if you wanted the different face which YOU SAID YES to ship. The factory ONLY made the Crossfire face jet for Leisure Bay Spas, which has gone out of business - so the factory does NOT make that face anymore.
Clearly if someone else still has stock that is good for you. We sell many jets and ran out of this style face many months ago.
We do charge a restocking charge, 20% which we DID NOT charge you.
We did not refund your shipping charges, which NO other website refunds shipping charges either.
If you look at other websites they charge 15-25% restocking for returned items. Even the place you found your jets do NOT refund any shipping charges. Do better research.
