Don't pay for 2 day fed ex,it will be 3 days so just pay for 3 day select

After I placed my order and paid for it, it took an act of Congress to finally get it. After a week, I sent an email, asking for an update. hearing nothing, I sent a second email, still nothing. On Monday, I called, spoke to a rude guy who informed me he only saw one email from me and there were 62 ahead of me. I tried to be civil to him, I wanted my parts. He said my order would ship that day and would be coming out of FL, and I should have it by the end of the week. End of week comes and goes, no order. On the next Monday, I sent another email, asking for a tracking number. Later in the day, I got an email with a tracking number and a msg stating a label had been created. So the guy just flat out lied to me. Finally got it today. I don’t think it would have shipped at all, had I not been persistent. This is my first and last time ordering anything from this company.

I received a circuit board Balboa, VS500Z, Duplex Digital, 8 Pin Phone Cable, Item #54369-01 on 7/13, P.O.#386012
The board did not have a terminal block J10, the plug in that goes to the indicator light on the side of the hot tub. That light has a green (stand by mode, blue (circulating mode) or red when heater is on.
The wiring diagram sent with the board shows the terminal block J10.
Do I need the sent the board back?
Will it work with out connection to the J10 terminal?

The purchase was pretty good, I haven’t installed it yet so I suppose there’s still a chance things might get messed up. But so far we’re ok.

My item was not shipped until I forward an email to them after couple of weeks

ITEMS WERE EXACTLY WHAT WE EXPECTED ALTHOUGH THEY WERE LATER THAN EXPECTED AND WE HAD TO CONTACT THEM TO FIND OUT WHY WHEN NO ONE CONTACTED US VIA EMAIL OR PHONE.

Never received an email that the part was back ordered.
Consequently I had to call to check on the hold up.
Other than that issue all else was good.

The guy Rod that answers the phone has a bad attitude and wants to blame his poor level of service on the pandemic. I called four times and never got the information that they promised to give me. IIpaid for faster shipping and the pump was not even shipped before the time that It was supposed to have arrived. Rod should work in the warehouse where he doesn’t have to help or “Not” help customers.

Perfect replacement, well packaged. Took a long time to arrive.

Well I paid $64 to have my part overnight it’s two days later and they just sent it UPS I paid for fed ex next day air. Gonna dispute the cc charge. Very poor.
