I got a voucher from them spent 3 months in hospital after a spinal injury lost track of it. It came to light at the start of January when we were clearing up ready for house to be sold as I am now disabled.. found out the voucher had expired 2 days earlier tried to redeem it thinking I would at least be able to contact them and argue my case… but no and the voucher “...therefore invalid” no option to contact them and explain the situation just thats “its expired no longer valid” AKA we wont honour it..

I have always hated these “voucher for a gift-card” type gifts, why bother just give some a prepaid visa card.. then spend it anywhere with an expiry dare usually 3 years.

Utterly useless. I exchanged my voucher for another experience, (had to pay more money) but then cant book anything as tells me my voucher has already been validated.
Total waste of money.
Avoid at all costs

Nous avons reçu un message laissant penser que nous avions une prestation complète : 1 nuit d'hôtel, petits déjeuners, fleurs, 1 bouteille pour 246,20 €.
L'hôtel dit qu'en fait il n'y a que la nuit d'hôtel et les petits déjeuners qui sont compris, soit environ 150 €. Comment cela s'explique til ?

Booked everything OK, only OMG Hotels who work with use my gift offered me a refund but still on refund or reply from my emails.

Finding it impossible to redeem a voucher for a helicopter flight. This was a gift for my partners 50th birthday from his parents. We started the process last year but due to the sad loss of his father we have not got round to actually booking. When visiting the site although I was given my voucher number when I started the activation, you get nowhere when putting it in. I have sent 2 emails now with an automated response but no help at all on how to deal with this. Because of the no response I thought I'd check out the reviews, shocking, seems like this company have no intention of providing the experience and will probably make all of the same excuses many have written here. They should not be allowed to continue trading, I would give zero stars if that was possible. Usemygift.com should be stealmygift.com

Awful portal, do not purchase any vouchers from them, as it is impossible to redeem them!

What went wrong where do I start !!! I've been trying to book a 2 night away since December no luck at all numerous emails asked for refund because I'm so angry and upset woth this experience. I'm now being told my voucher number isn't valid

I would have given this company zero if I could have,tried to validate the voucher but need a receipt or bank statement,never had to do this with any other company,it was a present to us so don’t have either,terrible company avoid

I purchased a gift for my son as one of the locations was near us. Trying to activate it after Christmas for our nearest location to be gone! I was told by them that the nearest location wasn't that far from us only a 2 hour drive!!!

My mother bought this as a Christmas gift Deluxe Dinning For Two £70 but when you try to redeem you must have a copy of the receipt to validate which she no longer has or you need proof with a bank statement but she paid cash at primark so now completely useless but not only that nearly all the place in the south east don’t even serve food they are wineries for tasting only and the odd couple that did serve food had really bad reviews so stay away

Absolute rip off activated code then get a separate voucher number then you have to ring them (which I have done twice) then they were asking for my debit card details which I didn’t have so said they would send me a link which they didn’t. Never known such a disorganised company in all my life. Definitely would NOT recommend !!!

I don't think there's much more to add on top of the barrage of 1 stars here, but rest assured, they are very much deserving.

It's so bad that it's not even funny at this point, it actually saddens me that someone is profiting from what is essentially people exploitation.

Absolutely shocking booking process! Who requires the receipt for a gift or someone else’s bank statement. AVOID

Got a gift for Christmas last year. Just stumbled across it and decided to redeem it. But I can't because I need the receipt barcode from the purchase.
It's a gift. Who gives the receipt with gifts? I don't have it and neither does the buyer now, and I'm certainly not going to ask her for HER bank statements as that's the only other way you can claim it?? Just ridiculous.

They basically stole the money. avoid

Avoid like the plague. T&cs make this option impossible to work with, hotels refusing due to commission, hotels refusing us to pay EXTRA just to use the damn thing. If you want to buy something for your loved ones, just give them the money, disgraceful company.

Same issue as in all the other reviews. We cannot redeem the voucher because it requires a booking code on the receipt.

I can't conceive any reason for this other than to prevent people from redeeming their gift and making more money for the company.

Clearly a money spinner for them - made deliberately difficult to actually use. Validate the voucher code that comes in the gift set online but then they want you to also quote a code from the original receipt from Primark - which I don’t have as it was a gift. What a con!!!! And a waste of money for whoever bought it for me. Very crap.

Less than one star….

Bought an afternoon tea for two by my elderly parents of 90 plus….when trying to use the voucher we need the receipt. They don’t have….so nothing for the money they have parted with and from what it says about getting the revisit which was bought from
Primark shame on you primark for getting involved with scammers..ripping off old people….fuming…..

Date of experience this is not an afternoon tea it’s being scammed…..

The only experience I got from this was total frustration. An appalling website and registration/ activation system for their voucher that had me tearing my hair out because it didn't work properly and some of the instructions on line were incorrect. I was subsequently told to ignore them when I got through via their chat line. The chat line had to complete the registration for me because none of the instructions they gave me actually worked. Once through and able to look at the selection of venues for their afternoon teas, it was a total joke for my region. A very poor range of venues and instead of a good geographical spread, they were in clusters mainly in the big towns and miles away meaning that I will have to spend a substantial portion of the value of the voucher in fuel to just get there. My advice is to steer well clear
