I completely understand how annoying it would be to receive notice of another order and then not be able to clearly find a cancellation link, particularly when the help pages suggest it should be there.

You’re right to expect that this process is simple and transparent. If the instructions are conflicting or unclear, that’s something we need to fix properly. Your feedback about the website is fair and we are actively reviewing the subscription management flow to make it more straightforward.
