Lana Gorelik does a great job with customer satisfaction. Lana is always friendly and keeps me up todate on sales. When we had an issue with USB flashdrives not working on some of our miitary students laptops she worked out the issue with us at very friendly and fast way.

The customer service that Daniel Feldman gives me every time, is exceptional. The order was placed per my request via email. The proof was sent to me to the same day for review and when my products shipped, I received a shipping confirmation. When my products arrived, they were exactly as requested.
