I recently attended a training session delivered by Rutuja Jadhav from Unleashed, and it was an excellent experience. The session was very well structured, and Rutuja explained everything clearly and efficiently. She addressed all queries with confidence and made sure everyone understood the key points before moving forward. It was an effective and productive training session, and I appreciate the professional delivery and support throughout.

I tried this module when it first came out but didn't really receive any assistance, so cancelled it
Ashton cam out and went through it again with us and that really helped.

Our company switched to Unleashed from a larger MRP system and we are really impressed with how user friendly it is, and how well it integrates with our other systems. The whole transition was made even easier by our onboarding consultant Ashton, who made the whole process super easy and stress-free, answering any questions we had and offer solutions and workarounds if needed.

I’ve used Unleashed Software for a few years and, overall, it’s been a solid system for our business.

However, since the recent update, performance has noticeably declined — it’s slower than before and logs users out more frequently, which can be frustrating during the working day.

I also had some concerns around pricing. What I was charged didn’t initially match what was advertised online, and it took some time to get clarity. To be fair, this was eventually resolved and refunded, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. There still seems to be some inconsistency with current pricing, which I hope gets addressed soon.

Support has been a bit hit-and-miss in the past, particularly with communication from account management. That said, our new account manager Dan has been doing a decent job and has helped get things moving in the right direction, which is appreciated.

The system itself is still a strong tool when it works as expected, which is why I’m leaving a 4-star review. Hopefully the recent issues are ironed out soon.

It has all the functions I need, and easy to convert from Xero. Jue from Unleashed is very patient and helpful with all the issues during the early stage. Highly recommended.

Great service from Ruxandra Brezga. There were recently some small issues with our system which seemed to be taking time to be resolved. I sent an email to say that I was concerned that it was taking time to get feedback and closure. I immediately received an email from Ruxandra who arranged a Teams meeting with her and our Support Manager. However, due to me raising the issue with Ruxandra, everything was sorted out before our meeting. At the meeting Ruxandra assured me that in the future all I needed to do was to get in touch and she would make sure that everything was actioned quickly. Prior to the meeting I was slightly concerned about the Unleashed system but having had the meeting I am very happy with the system and the service provided. I would like to take this opporunity to thank Ruxandra and Daniel Attwood for their excellent service.

The software is snappy, does 95% of what we need it to do. It's early days yet, but it's looking like a gamechanger for us in terms of getting on top of our inventory management.
