Stair carpet
I purchased carpet for my stairs. I was very undecided about which colour to choose. James was really helpful in helping me decide and it matches perfect with the decor. Great customer service and friendly staff. Will use again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Carpet was delivered and fitted to schedule. Always get our carpets from the Wolverhampton branch and always really happy with the service. Definitely recommend!

We have had carpets fitted to 3 rooms…
We have had carpets fitted to 3 rooms plus hall stairs and landing over the last 2 months. We have had great customer service from start to finish with help and advice choosing the correct carpet and underlay for our requirements, courtesy calls confirming dates of the carpet being fitted and a excellent carpet fitter turning up on the day to fit the carpets.

As a landlord I’ve used United carpets…
As a landlord I’ve used United carpets for over 10 years, I’ve always been happy with price and quality, sadly at my personal residence a recent bathroom floor fitting was awful, 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for it to be replaced.
There are cuts to the flooring and the sealing was incomplete, there’s even a part of the flooring on the corner that was cut so bad they tried to cover it with a big gunk of sealant.
And finally the door bar was fitted in such a way that my bathroom door wouldn’t close, I rectified this myself in under 10mins.
As I’ve said, normally very good, but on this occasion not so, and after so many years of loyalty to this company I would have thought putting it right a priority.
