Friendly staff , who quickly answered my questions, were not pushy but extremely helpful. Helped in flooring selection, booking in of measure and the man who measured came on time , was very polite and helpful . Price given for flooring and agreed . I then called back into shop confirmed selection and paid . Brilliant service from start to finish . Booked in on day required. Definitely use again as I have done many times in the past.

Full marks for Craig. From the minute I walked into the Boston store until my purchase was complete, he couldn't have been more helpful. He listened to every word I said, never made me feel rushed and even carried a roll of carpet around the store so I could compare colours close up.
If only all customer service was this good. Thank you.

Craig was so helpful when we went into the shop, he gave us a lot of advice and a couple of different quotes for underlay and booked in our fitting for the following week. The carpet fitter Blake was also very helpful he turned up at the stated time and done a great job. I would definitely go back if I needed more carpet.

Saw Chris who has dealt with us in the past. He was friendly and welcoming as before and also remembered us. We were looking for carpet for our large conservatory, with so many types to choose from, he gave me advice on the type and colour to go for.
Chris also kept us up to date on the order and booked the fitter in as soon as he could, once he knew when the carpet was turning up.The fitter also did a great job who was pleasant and was clean and tidy throughout.
I would highly recommend United Carpets, Boston, they have always been my go to for Carpets!

We went last Sunday a lovely chap called Matt greeted us and was so helpful and friendly. We picked our carpet and underlay and was surprised they could fit it on the Tuesday. The fitter was Steve and he did an amazing job he to was so friendly.So well done united carpets .

Efficient service

Very friendly staff, couldn’t have done more to help. Was unable to fit the bed head in the car so they delivered it for me, TOP MARKS!!

The fitters were rude and argumentative. Told me if I wanted grippers I would have to transfer money into his account for fitting, even though I had free fitting as I purchased all the underlay and door bars, the door bars were not fitted either. The door bars that were already there were used. But I did get a refund for the bars but I did actually want nice ones. On a positive note the shop staff were very helpful.

Ordering was great. Lots of help support and guidance. Ordering went smoothly and carpet was ready when we needed it.
On delivery the carpet layer discovered a huge crease across the carpet making it totally unsuitable.
We had planned a lot around the carpet being laid on that day and therefore the plans were not able to go ahead.
Two days later a replacement carpet was delivered that was cheaper, not quite the same spec. The price difference was £75.
I had to have a couple of weeks later to get that paid into my account.

The carpet is absolutely lovely so soft to walk on. The lino is really good quality. And the fitters wasn't here long as they did my hall stairs and landing. Highly recommend this company

Never again!! Enough said, WILL use local independant retailers in future!!!!

The service I received from the shop was very good and staff were helpful therefore bought a bed and 2 headboards. However the delivery service was extremely unhelpful with the attitude that delivery would be when they wanted and basically it was tough. I pointed out that due to the nature of my occupation I was unable to take a day off work to sit and wait all day for a delivery but it fell on deaf ears. Therefore it had to be delivered to the shop and then delivered to us which is a lot of messing about due to the inflexibility and the customer service you are suppose to be proud of. I will not be using this service again.

Came into the Boston store very undecided on what to do with our new extention. I was greeted, very professionally by a chap called Ash. He was absolutely lovely and made me feel very at ease throughout the whole process! He talked me through the different options I had and gave his own opinion on what would suit what I was looking for best.
Credit to the whole team there who were lovely, laughed joked and made the whole process one of the best and most enjoyable shopping experiences I've had.
We are still deciding what to do but the whole shopping experience at the Boston store was excellent! When we decide what to do based on the options Ash presented to us we will definitely be back to order. A* service and highly recommend to everyone!

Amazing carpet, come in to the store not really knowing what I wanted. Was greeted by ash who was so helpul from the moment we stepped through the door to the moment we drove away. Took us around the shop explaining the difference in the carpets and listened to our needs and was very patient with us. We left the store with an amazing carpet that complements our house very well. amazed by the service we got from ash went above and beyond! a credit to the business.

Chris was very helpful and didn't rush or push us to make a decision.
